Gratin Van Zeevruchten
Bereidingstijd: ca. 25 min. - 4 pers. - MAGNETRON en COMBI-
NATIE
Benodigdheden: 1 kom + 1 kleine gratinschaal
500 g ingevroren zeevruchtencocktail
3 sjalotten
1 sl gehakte dille
30 g geraspte emmentaler
1 wortel
150 g champignons
30 g boter
bloem
25 cl melk
witte wijn
zout, peper
Ontdooi de zeevruchten 6 min. op 600W en roer het mengsel meerdere maal dooreen.
Laat het uitdruipen en bewaar het vocht. Voeg 25 cl melk toe aan het vocht. Hak de
sjalotten, de wortel en de champignons en bak het geheel 5 min. in een kom met deksel
en 40 g boter op MAX. Voeg 2 tot 3 royale sl bloem toe, laat dit opnieuw 40 sec. koken op
MAX en voeg dan het mengsel van melk en zeevruchtenvocht toe. Kook deze
bechamelsaus 5 tot 7 min. op MAX. (Als u de bechamelsaus te dun vindt, voeg dan 1 sl
maïzena toe aan de witte wijn.) Voeg de dille en een sl fruitige witte wijn toe, breng de
saus op smaak en meng deze door de zeevruchten. Giet het geheel in een kleine
gratinschaal. Bestrooi het gerecht met geraspte emmentaler; verwarm de oven met het
hoge rooster voor op COMBI HETELUCHT 210° + GRILL 1 + 250W. 8 tot 10 min. in de
oven laten staan.
