All AROSA models feature the latest burner generation that allows you to use a consistent and continuous temperature range of 80-360degrees.
This opens up completely new possibilities for using your barbecue as you can grill, cook or bake in all temperature ranges.

TIPS AND TRICKS:
Slow roasting (80-130 degrees):
Set your barbecue to a temperature of 80 degrees to create the perfect conditions for slow-roasting meat or fish or to keep dishes warm
(funnel in standard position).
The temperature range of 110-130 degrees is ideal for barbecue classics such as beef brisket, pulled pork or spare ribs (funnel in standard position).
Grill, cook, bake (130-220 degrees):
The temperature range between 130-220 degrees allows perfectly even barbecuing of meat, fish and more (funnel in standard position).
It is particularly suitable for large joints of meat. This temperature range is also ideal for cooking or baking.
High temperature (220-360 degrees):
A maximum heat up to 360 degrees ensures perfectly seared steaks and flash-grilled foods. The maximum heat setting is also ideal for cooking
crispy pizza or tarte flambée (funnel in standard position).
GAS SAFETY SYSTEM GSS
All AROSA models incorporate the innovative GAS SAFETY SYSTEM (GSS) which includes the following features:
FLAME GUARD
The FLAME GUARD is a closed system consisting of ignition and flame. This system ignites after opening the gas tap and activating the ignition.
The FLAME GUARD protects the flame from weather influences such as strong wind and ensures the burners always reignite automatically
ifthey happen to be extinguished*. The ignited burners therefore operate reliably in a wide range of weather conditions (e.g. wind).
Benefits:
The ignited burners are optimally protected from weather influences.
Barbecuing at very low temperatures from 80 degrees, even in windy weather.
Prevention of escaping non-ignited gas.
* IMPORTANT: There is no such thing as 100% certainty that burners will not be extinguished by extreme weather influences. When working
with gas, you must always make sure that the barbecue is never left unattended. All tests are conducted under laboratory conditions.
SAFETY LIGHT
Proven safety that lights the way. The SAFETY LIGHT of your AROSA 570 G is activated when you turn the gas regulating knob anticlockwise
from the position towards thereby opening the gas supply. The LED is located in each control dial. The power for the SAFETY
LIGHT is supplied by the AAA batteries provided.
Benefit:
The safety light reminds you that the valve is open and gas is escaping.*
* IMPORTANT: Remember to always close the gas supply at the gas bottle and turn off the gas tap after barbecuing.
