WOCHENTAGANZEIGE
Der Wochentag wird im TIME-Modus
(s.a. Navigationsschema) angezeigt und
eingestellt. Um den Wochentag oder den Monatstag zu wählen, drücken Sie
die Taste D.
TÖNE
Töne werden im TIME-Modus
(s.a. Navigationsschema) angezeigt und einge-
schaltet. Um das Läutwerk ein- oder auszuschalten, drücken Sie 5 Sekunden
lang auf Taste B. Blinkende Anzeige, ändern mit A (+) oder D (-)
ALARM
Der Alarm wird im TIME-Modus
(s.a. Navigationsschema) angezeigt und einge-
schaltet. Um den Alarm anzuzeigen, drücken Sie auf A. Drücken Sie dann auf D
um den Alarm ein- oder auszuschalten. Alarmzeit einstellen: Halten Sie die
Taste A 3 Sekunden lang gedrückt.
Die Stunden blinken. Drücken Sie auf A (+) oder D (-) um die Stunde zu än-
dern. Drücken auf B bestätigt.
Die Minuten blinken. Drücken Sie auf A (+) oder D (-) um die Minuten zu än-
dern. Drücken auf B bestätigt. Drücken Sie zu einem beliebigen Zeitpunkt auf C
(Modus) um diesen Einstellmodus zu verlassen.
ZWEITE ZEITZONE
Die zweite Zeitzone wird im TIME-Modus
(s.a. Navigationsschema) angesehen,
eingeschaltet und eingestellt. Um die 2. Zeitzone zu sehen und umzustellen 5
Sekunden lang auf die Taste D drücken. Das Symbol T2 wird in der rechten
oberen Ecke des Displays angezeigt. Um die 2. Zeitzone einzustellen, kontrol-
lieren Sie, dass T2 angezeigt ist und befolgen Sie dieselben Angaben, wie be-
reits oben in der
Uhrzeit erklärt.
3 EINSTELLUNGEN UND SENSOREN KOPPELN (OPTIONAL)
SENSOREN EINSCHALTEN
Um die Batterielebensdauer zu erhöhen, gehen die Sensoren nach 30 Minuten
Inaktivität in den Schlafmodus über! Die Reaktivierung ist manuell vorzuneh-
men: Der Brustgurt ist einfach nur anzulegen, für den Laufsensor sind ein paar
Schritte zu gehen, bei Bike-Geschwindigkeits- und Bike-Trittfrequenzsensor
genügen einige Umdrehungen an Rad und Kurbel.
Einheiten, Trainingsparameter, Sensoren koppeln. Diese Einstellungen werden
im SPORT-Modus
(s.a. Navigationsschema) vorgenommen.
ACHTUNG: Sie können nicht in den Einstellmodus gehen, wenn die Stoppuhr
läuft oder auf einem anderen Wert als 0 angehaltenist.
BASISEINSTELLUNGEN
Hier können Sie die Messeinheiten und Ihre persönlichen Parameter wechseln
oder den Sensor neu mit der Uhr koppel. Es werden folgende 6 Punkte nach-
einander angeboten: Taste A 5 Sekunden lang gedrückt halten.
> UNITS (Einheiten): KM blinkt. Drücken Sie A oder D um auf Meilen (MI) um-
zustellen. Drücken auf B bestätigt.
> GENDER (Geschlecht): F blinkt. Drücken Sie A oder D um Male (Mann) ein-
zustellen. Drücken auf B bestätigt.
