1. Zodra u een doel heeft
ingesteld, begint u te
lopen om de pedometer
te activeren. Het GO!
scherm zal verschijnen
om te bevestigen dat het
apparaat begonnen is uw
voortgang te registreren.
3. Drukom te kiezen tussen EFT en resterende stappen,
afstand of calorieën tot het doel.
4. Wanneer het doel
bereikt is, verschijnt
In het scherm en zult
u een piep horen.
5. Om het doel voor de volgende gebruiker te resetten, drukt
u RESET en houdt deze ingedrukt.
TIMER
Wanneer de timer loopt, zal het stappen, afstand en calorieën
meten. Deze gegevens hebben geen relatie met de dagelijkse
metingen en zijn alleen van toepassing op de tijd waarin de
timer aan staat.
Om de timer in te stellen:
1. Druk MODE om naar
de TimerModus te gaan.
2. Druk SET en houd deze gedurende 2 seconden
ingedrukt om in de instellingenmodus te komen.
3. Druk / om optel- of afteltimer te kiezen en druk op
SET. Als u de afteltimer hebt gekozen moet u uur:min:
sec instelling door op / te drukken om een waarde
te veranderen en SET om te bevestigen.
1. Druk MODE om naar
de DoelModus te gaan.
2. Druk SET en houd
deze gedurende 2
seconden ingedrukt om
in de instellingenmodus
te komen.
3. Druk / om STAP, AFSTAND of CALORIEËN te
kiezen.
4. Druk op SET om te bevestigen.
5. Druk / om de waarde van elk cijfer afzonderlijk
te veranderen, en SET om te bevestigen en verder
te gaan met de volgende instelling.
Om doel te gebruiken:

Terwijl u loopt verschijnt zo nu en dan de GESCHATTE
EIND TIJD (EFT) om u te laten zien hoe lang het nog duurt
voordat u uw doel bereikt hebt, gebaseerd op uw huidige
ritme. De doelbalk onderin het scherm loopt van links naar
rechts (start naar nish) om uw voortgang weer te geven.
