emergency stop function in case of an emergency. To stop
the treadmill safely and completely press the arrow key
(Speed - key) to slowly reduce the speed.
The belt will not start up unless the emergency stop key
is inserted. You should attach the clip on the other end to
your clothes. This is for your own safety.
WARNING!
For protection against falling or accidents, only mount the
treadmill at speeds of up to 3 km/h; this is for your own
safety.
CAUTION:
Switch on the device using the main switch on the rear of
the motor cover. Step on the left and right plastic covers
next to the belt. Start the belt at the lowest speed and take
up a position at the centre of the running surface. Increase
the speed slowly. Dismount immediately in case of an emer-
gency. Pull out the emergency stop key from the panel.
Attention: The belt will stop immediately. Dismount from
the device. Always use the step surfaces next to the belt for
mounting and dismounting.
MANUAL PROGRAM P-0
When you switch on the treadmill, the computer will
automatically enter the Manual Program. Press the Mode
button to select this program.
Press the Speed keys to set the speed. Press the Mode key
to conrm your entry.
Press the Speed keys to set the distance. Press the
Mode key to conrm your entry.
Press the Speed keys to set your required approx.
calorie consumption. Press the Mode key to conrm
your entry.
Press the Incline button to change the gradient of the
treadmill.
To start exercising, press the Start button; the compu-
ter will count down from 5; you will hear a signal and
training then commences. If you have not entered any
other value, the belt will start up at a speed of 1 km/h.
Press the Stop key to interrupt the training session or
take a break. To restart the session, press the Start key.
Training starts at a speed of 1 km/h and then slowly increas-
es up to the preset value. Press the +/- buttons to change
the speed. You can quickly and easily adjust your running
speed during a training session by using the Quick Speed
buttons. (4 = 4km/h; 6= 6km/h, etc.)
BODY FAT MEASUREMENT
You can select the body fat program when the tread-
mill is in the Stop mode; press the Program key until
you see "FAT" in the display, and the Body Fat Measure-
ment program is activated.
The pulse display window shows a value of 02 (female).
Please press +/- to toggle between 01 (male) and 02
(female) as required. Then press the Mode button to
KEYPAD ASSIGNMENTS
Mode: This button has two functions. When
the treadmill is running you can press
the "Mode" button to toggle between
the Speed, Calories and SCAN function
displays. If the treadmill has stopped
and you are in the manual program
(P-0), you can use the "Mode" button
to change the settings for time, calories
and the speed countdown. You can
select the F1-F4 and FAT functions in
the body fat measurement program.
Start/Stop: Start key for starting a program.
Stop key - Press this key to take a break
while exercising.
Speed +: Press this button to increase the speed
of the treadmill. (+0.1 km/h increments
every time the button is pressed) (also
possible via the left grip)
Speed -: Press this button to decrease the speed
of the treadmill. (-0.1 km/h decrements
every time the button is pressed) (also
possible via the left grip)
Incline +: Press this button to increase the gradi-
ent of the treadmill. (also possible via
the right grip)
Incline -: Press this button to decrease the gradi-
ent of the treadmill. (also possible via
the right grip)
Program: Press this key to select between indi-
vidual programs. P1-P12, Individual user
program and FAT.
Direct selection
keys: Allows you to quickly change the speed
and the gradient of the treadmill.
POWER ON
The ON / OFF button is directly adjacent to the power sup-
ply cable on the rear of the motor cover. Set the switch to
the ON position.
EMERGENCY STOP SAFETY FEATURE
The emergency stop safety feature is designed to interrupt
the power supply immediately if you happen to fall. The
emergency stop safety feature interrupts the power supply
and the belt slows until it comes to a complete stop. Stop-
ping immediately at higher speeds could be dangerous and
