- Fasten a cable raceway to the wall
(possibly with internal partitioning)
of suitable size for the pipes and
electric wires to pass through.
- Cut the sections of pipe leaving an
extra 3-4 cm on the ends.
IMPORTANT: use a wheel pipe cutter
only to cut the pipes (fig. 19) clamping
it in short lengths so as not to crush
the pipe.
NEVER USE A NORMAL HANDSAW,
scraps could fall inside the pipe and
enter the circuitry of the system,
damaging the parts severely (fig. 20A).
- Remove possible burrs with the
special tool.
IMPORTANT: immediately after cutting
and deburring the pipes, seal the ends
with insulating tape.
If you do not use preinsulated pipes,
they must be insulated as follows:
- material: polyurethane foam with
closed cells
- max. coefficient of transmission:
0,45 W/ (Kxm2) or 0.39 kcal/
(hxCxm2)
- minimum thickness: 6 mm (for liquid
pipes)
- minimum thickness: 9 mm (for gas
pipes)
Do not place both pipes in the same
sheath, as this would jeopardize the
proper operation of the system
(fig. 20B).
- An der Wand ist ein entsprechend
dimensionierter Kabelkanal
(möglichst mit internem
Trennelement) zu montieren, in
dem zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt
auch die Rohrleitungen und die
Stromkabel verlegt werden können.
- Beim Zuschneiden der Rohrstücke
ca. 3-4 cm auf die Rohrlänge
zugeben.
WICHTIG: Die Rohre dürfen
ausschließlich mit einem Rohrschneider
(Abb. 19) zugeschnitten werden. Der
Schnitt ist langsam auszuführen, damit
das Rohr nicht gequetscht wird.
AUF KEINEN FALL DARF EINE
NORMALE SÄGE VERWENDET
WERDEN, da die Späne sowohl in das
Rohr als auch in den Kreislauf der
Anlage eindringen und die
Komponenten ernsthaft beschädigen
könnten (Abb. 20A).
- Das Rohr eventuell entgraten.
WICHTIG: Nach dem Zuschnitt und der
Entgratung des Rohrs sind dessen
Enden mit Isolierband zu versiegeln.
Kommen keine vorisolierten
Rohrleitungen zur Anwendung, sind
diese mit einem Isolierstoff zu
ummanteln, der die folgenden
Merkmale aufweisen muss:
- Material: PUR-Schaum mit
geschlossenen Zellen
- Max. Wärmedurchgangszahl:
0,45 W/(Kxm2) oder 0.39 kcal/
(hxCxm2)
- Mindeststärke: 6 mm
(flüssigkeitsführende Rohrleitungen)
- Mindeststärke:
9 mm (Gasleitungen)
Auf keinen Fall dürfen beide
Rohrleitungen in dieselbe
Ummantelung eingeführt werden, da
die einwandfreie Funktionsweise der
Anlage beeinträchtigt werden könnte
(Abb. 20B).

- Fixer au mur une gaine de câbles
(si possible avec cloison interne)

fera passer successivement les
tuyaux et les câbles électriques.
- Couper les morceaux de tuyau en
excédant d’environ 3-4 cm sur la
longueur.
IMPORTANT: effectuer la coupe
exclusivement à l’aide d’un coupe-tube
à mollettes (fig. 19) resserrant par
petits intervalles pour ne pas écraser
le tuyau.
NE JAMAIS UTILISER UNE SCIE
NORMALE,
les copeaux pourraient entrer dans le
tuyau et par la suite entrer en
circulation dans l’installation,
endommageant sérieusement les
composants (fig. 20A).
- Enlever les bavures éventuelles à
l’aide d’un outil approprié.
IMPORTANT: tout de suite après avoir
effectué la coupe et l’ébavurage,
boucher les extrémités du tuyau avec
du ruban isolant.
Si l’on n’utilise pas de tuyauterie préisolée,
introduire les tuyaux dans l’isolant qui
doit avoir les caractéristiques suivantes:
- matériau: polyuréthanne expansé
à cellule fermées
- coefficient de transmission
maxi:0,45 W/ (Kxm2) soit 0.39 kcal/
(hxCxm2)
- épaisseur minimum: 6mm (pour les
conduit es du liquide)
- épaisseur minimum: 9 mm (pour les
conduites du gaz)
Ne pas introduire les deux tuyaux dans
la même gaine, cela compromet le
fonctionnement parfait de l’installation
(fig. 20B).
- Fissare al muro una canalina
passacavi (possibilmente con
separatore interno) di opportune
dimensioni in cui far passare
successivamente le tubazioni e i
cavi elettrici.
- Tagliare i tratti di tubazione
abbondando di circa 3-4 cm sulla
lunghezza.
IMPORTANTE: effettuare il
taglio esclusivamente con un tagliatubi
a rotella (fig. 19) stringendo a piccoli
intervalli per non schiacciare il tubo.
NON UTILIZZARE MAI UN NORMALE
SEGHETTO,
i trucioli potrebbero entrare nel tubo e
successivamente in circolo
nell’impianto danneggiando
seriamente i componenti (fig. 20A).
- Rimuovere eventuali bave con
l’apposito utensile.
IMPORTANTE: appena effettuato taglio
e sbavatura sigillare le estremità del
tubo con nastro isolante.
Nel caso non si utilizzino tubazioni
preisolate, inserire i tubi nell’isolante
che deve avere le seguenti
caratteristiche:
- materiale: poliuretano espanso a
celle chiuse
- coefficiente di trasmissione max:
0,45 W/ (Kxm2) ovvero 0.39 kcal/
(hxCxm2)
- spessore minimo: 6 mm (per le linee
del liquido)
- spessore minimo: 9 mm (per le linee
del gas)
Non inserire entrambe le tubazioni
nella medesima guaina, si compromette
il perfetto funzionamento dell’impianto
(fig. 20B).
