> Als u een document van meer pagina's wilt scannen en wilt
converteren naar één beeldbestand, kiest u de uitvoerindeling
MTIFF of PDF.
> Als de beheerder de SMTP- of POP3-verificatie heeft ingesteld
en u het gescande document naar een e-mailadres hebt
verzonden en geen andere documenten meer hoeft te
verzenden, drukt u op de knop Logout (Afmelden) op het
toetsenbord om u af te melden van het systeem. Zo voorkomt
u misbruik van de e-mailaccount van de gebruiker voor het
verzenden van e-mails. Als er niet binnen drie minuten een
nieuwe handeling plaatsvindt, meldt het systeem zich
automatisch af.

BESTANDSSERVER
Voordat u uw bestand naar een bestandsserver verzendt, moet u
profielen opstellen om het proces te versnellen. Een profiel bevat
een lijst met archiveringsparameters zoals uw
archiveringsprotocol, de map, een bestandsnaam en andere
scanparameters. U voegt een nieuw profiel toe op de webpagina
van het apparaat of via het hulpprogramma voor
netwerkinstallaties, dat u vanaf de meegeleverde cd-rom kunt
installeren en vervolgens kunt starten.

ASISBEDIENING
1. Leg uw documenten met de afdrukzijde omhoog in de
automatische documentinvoer of met de afdrukzijde
omlaag op de glasplaat.
2. Druk op het bedieningspaneel bij Mode op de knop Scan
en vervolgens op de knop FTP Address. Op het LCD-
scherm wordt het archiveringsscherm geopend.
Bijvoorbeeld:

3. Kies het gewenste profiel (archiveringsbestemming) en
druk op OK/Selecteren.
4. Druk op Mono om uw documenten in zwart-wit te
verzenden of op Color om uw documenten in kleur te
verzenden.
