1. Leg uw documenten met de afdrukzijde omhoog in de

automatische documentinvoer of met de afdrukzijde

omlaag op de glasplaat (zoals hiervoor beschreven).

2. Druk op het bedieningspaneel bij Mode op Scan. Het e-

mailscherm wordt geopend. (Druk op de pijl-omlaag om

het volgende item weer te geven.)

3. Voer in het veld 'Aan' het e-mailadres van de ontvanger in

vanuit het adresboek. Druk daarvoor op Address Book op

het bedieningspaneel. Gebruik de pijl-omhoog en -omlaag

op het bedieningspaneel als u meer e-mailadressen wilt

selecteren en druk vervolgens op de knop OK/

Selecteren. Als u het sneller wilt doen, kunt u ook alleen

de eerste letter van het e-mailadres typen. Druk op

TERUG als u wilt teruggaan naar het hoofdscherm E-mail.

4. Typ of selecteer zo nodig ook een CC- en BCC-adres. Voer

het onderwerp van de e-mail in. Als u geen onderwerp

invoert, verschijnt het standaardonderwerp.

5. Druk op de knop MONO als u uw documenten in zwart-wit

wilt verzenden of op COLOR als u uw documenten in kleur

wilt verzenden.
