1 Druk op de toets Menu in het beginvenster van Berichten en kies Tools >

Instellingen.

2 Kies Fax en druk op Bewerken. Er verschijnt een dialoogvenster met twee

tabbladen. Geef de volgende gegevens op:

Tabblad Instellingen

Faxvoorblad: Hiermee geeft u op of er een voorblad moet worden gebruikt. U kunt

kiezen uit Geen/ Berichtkop/ Sjabloon 1/ Complete sjabloon - Naast deze

opties kan de lijst nog andere voorbladsjablonen bevatten die zijn

opgeslagen in de map Sjablonen.

Faxbericht verzenden: Hiermee geeft u op wanneer de fax wordt verzonden. U kunt

kiezen uit Direct/Op verzoek.

Tabblad Geavanceerd

Verzendresolutie: De resolutie van verzonden en ontvangen faxberichten. U kunt

kiezen uit Hoog/Standaard.

ECM: Hiermee geeft u op of de modus ECM (Error Correction Mode) moet

worden gebruikt bij het verzenden van faxberichten. Als u Aan kiest voor

deze optie, worden pagina’s die fouten bevatten automatisch

teruggezonden naar de afzender totdat de fouten zijn verholpen. U kunt

kiezen uit Aan/Uit.

Opnieuw verzenden: Hiermee geeft u op welke pagina’s opnieuw moeten worden

verzonden als de faxverzending is mislukt. U kunt kiezen uit Alle/

Ontbrekende pagina's.
