Een faxbericht opslaan in ander formaat

1 Druk op de toets Menu in de faxviewer en kies Bestand > Exporteren. Selecteer

het bereik dat u wilt exporteren. U kunt kiezen uit Heel document/ Huidige

pagina/Geselecteerd / Zelf gedefinieerd: . Druk op OK. Er verschijnt een

dialoogvenster.

2 Geef de naam en locatie van het nieuwe document op. Als u het formaat van

het nieuwe document wilt wijzigen, drukt u op Formaat wijzigen.

3 Druk op OK om het geëxporteerde gegevensbestand op te slaan.

Faxberichten opvragen

U kunt faxberichten ophalen uit een externe faxbox door de functie Faxberichten

opvragen te gebruiken, mits deze beschikbaar is in het netwerk. Hiermee kunt u

een faxoproep tot stand brengen met een fax, waarna u per faxbericht informatie

kunt ontvangen.

Faxberichten ophalen uit een externe faxbox

1 Druk op de toets Menu in het beginvenster van Berichten en kies Ontvangen >

Fax > Faxdienst bellen.

2 Toets het faxnummer voor de externe faxbox in of kies het nummer door op

Adresboek te drukken.

3 Druk op Bellen om het nummer te bellen.

Faxinstellingen

Wijzigingen die u aanbrengt in de faxinstellingen, zijn van invloed op de wijze

waarop faxberichten worden verzonden en ontvangen.
