De gesp van de middelste veiligheidsgordel wordt
gekenmerkt door het opschrift CENTER. De ge-
sptong van de middelste veiligheidsgordel past
alleen in de gesp van de middelste veiligheids-
gordel.

om hebben.

De rugleuning mag niet verder naar achter
geleund staan dan nodig is om comfortabel te
zitten. Veiligheidsgordels bieden de beste be-
scherming wanneer de passagier tegen de
rugleuning leunt en rechtop zit.
1. Stel de stoel correct in. (Zie “Stoelen” (P.60).)
2. Trek de veiligheidsgordel langzaam uit de
oprolautomaat en steek de tong in de gesp
totdat deze voelbaar en hoorbaar vastklikt.
.Het oprolmechanisme is ontworpen om te
blokkeren bij een noodstop of botsing.
Door langzaam te trekken kan de gordel
nog bewegen; u krijgt hierdoor ook wat
bewegingsvrijheid in uw stoel.
.Als de veiligheidsgordel niet uit de vol-
ledig opgerolde stand getrokken kan
worden, trek dan stevig aan de gordel
en laat los. Trek de gordel vervolgens
geleidelijk uit de oprolautomaat.

3. Plaats het heupgedeelte van de gordel nauw-
sluitend en zo laag mogelijk over de heupen
zoals in de afbeelding.
4. Trek het schoudergordeldeel strak in de rich-
ting van de oprolautomaat om overtollige
speling te verwijderen. Leid de schoudergordel
over de schouder en strak over de borst.
