Onderhoudsvoorschrift
Periodieke inspectie
Minstens 1x per 12 maanden dienen de brander, waakvlambrander en
de warmtewisselaar geinspecteerd en eventueel gereinigd te worden.
Ga als volgt te werk:
1. Trek de steker uit het stopcontact en sluit de toestelgaskraan.
2. Verwijder de mantel.
3. Verwijder deksel ventilatiekast (foto 14), deksel rookkast (foto 15)
en de retarderplaat (foto 16).
4. Inspecteer de warmtewisselaar.
Bij vervuilde warmtewisselaar:
Reinig de warmtewisselaar met een nylon borstel of met perslucht.
Alvorens met reinigen te beginnen de waakvlambrander en brander
verwijderen. Zie punt 5 enz..
5. Rok onder de verbrandingskamer verwijderen (foto 17).
6. Wartel waakvlamleiding in waakvlamhouder losdraaien en iets
naar onderen trekken (foto 17).
7. Stekers thermokoppelkabel en piëzokabel losnemen (foto 17).
8. Waakvlamkapje met piezo uit de groef van de waakvlamhouder
trekken (foto 18).
9. Waakvlamhouder naar voren uitnemen (foto 18). Bij eventuele
vervuiling van de inspuiter vuil uitkloppen of reinigen in een
vetoplosmiddel.
Pas op: Nooit doorprikken daar dit beschadiging veroorzaakt.
10 Brander naar voren uitnemen (foto 18).
Eventueel met een zachte borstel reinigen of met lucht door-
blazen.
11. Verbrandingsruimte met stofzuiger schoonmaken.
12. Montage geschiedt in omgekeerde volgorde.
Reiniging warmtewisselaar bij grove vervuiling
Bij grove vervuiling dient de warmtewisselaar gedemonteerd te
worden en gereinigd in schoon water.
Ontkalken van het tapvat
In gebieden met hard water kan het gebeuren dat de tapspiraal
ontkalkt moet worden.
Aftappen toestel
Door de wartel onder de driewegklep en de wartel links naast de
luchtafscheider los te draaien, wordt het toestel volledig CV-zijdig
afgetapt.
Aftappen tapvat
De wartel van de heetwateraansluiting onder het tapvat losdraaien.
De leiding iets naar beneden trekken.
