Bij langdurig gebruik van uw apparaat, kan extra ventilatie
nodig zijn. U kunt bijvoorbeeld een raam openzetten
(zorg ervoor dat het niet tocht) of, indien aanwezig, de
afzuigkap op een hogere stand zetten.
Een oranjekleurige vlam is normaal en kan voorkomen
wanneer er stof in de lucht aanwezig is, vloeistof gemorst
is, enz.
Alle kookzones zijn voorzien van een controlelampje en
restwarmte-indicator dat oplicht bij het ontsteken van de
vlam van de betreffende kookzone.
Alle kookzones zijn uitgerust met een automatisch
ontstekingssysteem dat in werking treedt bij het
onvoorzien uitgaan van de vlam van de kookzones die
gebruikt worden. Dit systeem zal proberen om de
kookzone opnieuw te ontsteken gedurende 10 sec.
Indien na het verstrijken van deze tijd deze niet
aangegaan is, zal het controlelampje knipperen en de
brander geblokkeerd worden.
Om te deblokkeren, de knop draaien tot stand .

Na het uitschakelen van de kookzone, blijft de
restwarmte-indicatie branden om aan te duiden dat de
temperatuur te hoog is in deze zone. Raak de
kookzone niet aan terwijl het controlelampje brandt.
Na een tijdje dooft het controlelampje van de
restwarmte uit en duidt aan dat de temperatuur in
deze kookzone gedaald is en niet meer te hoog is.
Wees vanaf dit ogenblik voorzichtig bij het aanraken
van het apparaat om brandwonden te vermijden want
het is mogelijk dat de kookzone niet volledig
afgekoeld is.
