Gaspitten
Op elke bedieningsknop staat de brander aangeduid die
deze controleert. Afb. 1.
Om een brander in te schakelen, drukken op de knop
van de gekozen brander en deze naar links draaien, tot
de maximumstand, en enkele seconden in deze stand
houden tot de brander aangaat en deze loslaten,
vervolgens in de gewenste positie afstellen. Het
controlelampje van de betreffende brander zal oplichten.
Indien deze niet aangaat, zal het controlelampje
knipperen. Draai de knop in de stand en herhaal de
handeling .
Als de ontstekingsbougies niet schoon zijn, brandt de
gaspit niet goed. Zorg er dus voor dat deze schoon zijn.
De reiniging uitvoeren met een kleine borstel, houd er
rekening mee dat de bougie geen harde stoten dient te
ondergaan. Bij kookplaten die voorzien zijn van branders
met veiligheidskleppen, die ervoor zorgen dat de
gastoevoer stopt als de gaspit per ongeluk uitgaat,
gebeurt het aansteken op dezelfde manier, maar moet
de knop nadat de pit is aangegaan nog enkele seconden
worden vastgehouden. Het controlelampje van de
betreffende brander zal oplichten.
Indien deze niet aangaat, zal het controlelampje
knipperen. Draai de knop in de stand en herhaal de
handeling .
Om uit te schakelen, draai de knop naar rechts tot de
stand . Het controlelampje van de betreffende kookzone
zal even knipperen en blijven oplichten en hoge
temperaturen aanduiden in de kookzone.
Indien de vlam van de kookzone onvoorzien uitgaat, zal
het automatisch ontstekingssysteem geactiveerd worden.
Deze moderne en functionele kookplaat is uitgerust met
afstelbare kranen, waarmee de grootte van de vlam
nauwkeurig kan worden ingesteld.
Afhankelijk van het model, kan uw kookplaat voorzien
zijn van een brander met drievoudige vlam, die zeer
praktisch is bij het koken met een paellapan, wok (voor
Aziatische gerechten) enz.
Bij gebruik van kookplaten met gas ontstaat warmte en
vochtigheid. Daarom moet de keuken goede geventileerd
zijn: de natuurlijke ventilatieopeningen moeten open
staan, en zo nodig dient een mechanisch
ventilatiesysteem te worden geïnstalleerd (afzuigkap).
