De bruge Deres apparat til fremstilling af yoghurt. Hertil
udnyttes varmen fra ovnbelysningen

1.Fjern tilbehør og ribberammer, teleskopudtræk eller
enkeltstiksystemer.
2.Opvarm 1 liter langtidsholdbar mælk (3,5% fedt) eller
pasteuriseret mælk til 40 °C
eller
lad 1 liter upasteuriseret mælk koge op og derefter afkøle til
40 °C.
3.150 g skærefast yoghurtldes i den varme mælk.r
rundt, og hæld blandingen ensartede glas eller skåle. Fyld
ikke mere end 200 ml i hver beholder.
4.Dæk de fyldte beholdere til med tætsluttende låg eller
plastfolie.
5.Forvarm ovnen med grill med stor flade 15 minutter ved
100 °C.
6.Stil derefter ovnfunktionsvælgeren på ovnbelysning
\.
7.Stil beholderne jævnt fordelt over hele ovnrummets
bundflade, og luk apparatets dør.
8.Sluk for ovnbelysningen efter 8 timer
\, og lad beholderne
stå i køleskabet i mindst 12 timer.
