Bage i flere lag
Det er bedst at anvende bageplader ved bagning i flere lag.
Pladerne skal sættes i ovnen samtidig.
Vær opmærksom på, at bagetiden kan være forskellig for
bagværket - afhængig af, i hvilket lag det bages. Bagværk i det
øverste lag bliver hurtigere færdigt og kan tages ud tidligere.
Hvis De vil anvende en bageplade og en universalbradepande
ved bagning i to lag, skal bagepladen sættes i rille 3 og
universalbradepanden i rille 1.
Bagetabel for grunddej
Angivelserne i tabellen er retningsgivende værdier og gælder
for emaljerede bageplader samt for mørke bageforme.
Værdierne kan variere afhængigt af dejens art og mængde og
af de anvendte bageforme.
Værdierne for brøddej gælder både for dej på bageplade og for
dej i en firkantform.
Vi anbefaler at indstille den laveste af de angivne temperaturer
ved første forsøg. En lavere temperatur giver generelt en mere
ensartet bagning.
Hvis De anvender Deres egne bageopskrifter, kan De se i
tabellen, om den indeholder lignende bagværk og bruge de
pågældende værdier.
