Απψυξη και άχνισµα
Aποψύχετε ωµά κατεψυγµένα είδη ή τρφιµα απ
ψύκτη πάντοτε στους 50° C. Σε υψηλτερες
θερµοκρασίες απψυξης υπάρχει κίνδυνος να
στεγνώσουν.
Aποψύχετε κατεψυγµένα φαγητά που είναι
συσκευασµένα σε αλουµινχαρτο ή σε κλειστά
δοχεία απ αλουµίνιο στους 130 –140° C.
Aποψύχετε και ζεσταίνετε κατεψυγµένα
αρτοσκευάσµατα στους 100 –140°C. Nα αλείφετε
ψωµί, ψωµάκια και σφολιάτες ελαφρά µε νερ για να
επιτύχει καλύτερα η κρούστα.
Aποψύχετε κατεψυγµένα στεγνά
µπισκτα / κουλουράκια για 20 –30 λεπτά στους
160 –170° C.
Aποψύχετε κατεψυγµένα υγρά
µπισκτα / κουλουράκια (µε επίστρωση φρούτων) για
30 –50 λεπτά στους 160 –170° C. Για το σκοπ αυτ
τυλίξτε τα σε αλουµινχαρτο για να µη στεγνώσει
η επίστρωση.
Αποψύχετε και ψήνετε κατεψυγµένα τστ (µε έτοιµη
γέµιση) στους 160 –170° C για περίπου 20 λεπτά.
Κατεψυγµένη πίτσα:
Παρακαλείσθε να προσέχετε τα στοιχεία του
παρασκευαστή.
Θέση απψυξης

Mνο για ευαίσθητα γλυκά (π.χ. τούρτα σαντιγύ).
Γυρίστε τον διακπτη επιλογής λειτουργίας στη
θέση
e
. Aποψύχετε τα γλυκά ανάλογα µε το
µέγεθος και το είδος για 20– 45 λεπτά. Yστερα τα
βγάζετε απ το φούρνο και τα αφήνετε 30 – 45 λεπτά
να συνεχίσουν την απψυξη.
Για µικρές ποστητες (τεµάχια) µειώνεται ο χρνος
απψυξης στο φούρνο στα 15–20 λεπτά και ο χρνος
συνέχισης της απψυξης έξω απ το φούρνο, στα
10 –15 λεπτά.
