Για το ξεπάγωµα και το µαγείρεµα κατεψυγµένων

προϊντων χρησιµοποιείτε µνο τον θερµ αέρα

CircoTherm.

Nα προσέχετε πάντοτε τα στοιχεία του

παρασκευαστή σε λα τα κατεψυγµένα προϊντα.

Aποψυγµένα προϊντα κατάψυξης (κυρίως κρέας)

γενικά χρειάζονται συντοµτερους χρνους

αχνίσµατος απ τι τα φρέσκα προϊντα, επειδή

η κατάψυξη λειτουργεί ως ένα είδος προβρασµού.

Aν βάλετε για να ψήσετε στο φούρνο κατεψυγµένο

κρέας, ττε ο χρνος µαγειρέµατος αυξάνεται κατά

το χρνο απψυξης.

Πάντοτε να αποψύχετε τα κατεψυγµένα πουλερικά

πριν απ το µαγείρεµα για να µπορέσετε να

αφαιρέσετε τα εντσθια.

Mαγειρεύετε κατεψυγµένο ψάρι στην ίδια

θερµοκρασία πως και το φρέσκο.

Mπορείτε να βάλετε στο φούρνο έτοιµα

κατεψυγµένα φαγητά σε ατοµικούς δίσκους απ

αλουµίνιο σε µεγαλύτερες ποστητες ταυτχρονα.

Γι α ένα ταψί: Θέση 1

Για δύο ταψιά: Θέσεις 1 + 3.

Tα στοιχεία για το χρνο είναι κατά προσέγγιση και

επηρεάζονται απ το σχήµα και την ποστητα των

κατεψυγµένων προϊντων.
