Passo 2. Installare e attivare Smart sul
Pocket PC
1. Chiudere tutti i programmi aperti sul Pocket PC.
2. Collegare il Pocket PC al computer tramite Microsoft ActiveSync 3.7.1 o superiore.
• Microsoft ActiveSync eseguirà la sincronizzazione con il Pocket PC.
3. Aprire Smart
Desktop se non è già aperto:
Start
Programmi Navman Smart Desktop 2005 for Pocket PC.
4. Seguire le istruzioni per installare Smart
sul Pocket PC.
Per il solo PiN 570: quando viene proposta la cartella di installazione predefinita, fare clic
su No.
Nella casella Salva In, selezionare Memorizzazione su ROM e quindi fare clic su OK.
Per altri modelli di Pocket PC: Smart
deve essere installato nella cartella di installazione
predefinita e non su una scheda di memoria.
5. Se ci si collega a Internet tramite una connessione telefonica, collegarsi adesso a Internet.
6. Seguire le istruzioni per registrarsi on-line e attivare Smart
sul Pocket PC.
• Quando richiesto, rivedere e accettare l’informativa sulla privacy.
• Verrà richiesto di inserire i propri dati di contatto in modo che la Navman possa inviare un
avviso sulla disponibilità di nuovi aggiornamenti.
• Quando richiesto, immettere l’Application Key di Smartriportato sul retro della custodia
del CD.
• Il computer si collegherà a Internet e attiverà l’Application Key di Smart
.
A questo punto il Pocket PC contiene Smart
2005. Si è pronti a installare una mappa sul
Pocket PC o sulla scheda di memoria.
