Condition/Problem Things to Check Solution
Resistance does not
change (machine turns on
and operates)
Batteries (if equipped) Replace batteries and check for proper operation.
Check Console Check for visual sign that Console is damaged. Replace Con-
sole if damaged.
Check data cable integrity All wires in cable should be intact. If any are visibly crimped or
cut, replace cable.

Be sure cable is connected securely and oriented properly.
Reseat all connections. Small latch on connector should line up
and snap into place.
Check Servo Motor
(requires shroud removal)
If magnets move, adjust until they are within the proper range.
Replace Servo Motor if not functioning properly.
If the above steps do not resolve the problem, contact Cus-
tomer Care for further assistance.
Console shuts off (enters
sleep mode) while in use
Check electrical (wall)
outlet
Make sure unit is plugged into a functioning wall outlet.

Connection should be secure and undamaged. Replace
adapter or connection at unit if either are damaged.

  • when I am pedalling the digital display doesn't recognize that I am pedalling and tells me to start pedalling...then after five seconds the unit goes into Pause mode, the display also doesn't show that I have gone any distance in that no mileage is registered... Submitted on 19-1-2022 at 19:25

  • when I am medaling the display doesn't recognize that I am medaling and tells me to start medaling, also the display for mikes or kilometres doesn't register any distance even though I am medaling...I am also unable to access any of the programs.. Submitted on 19-1-2022 at 19:23
