Se si desidera cercare un tipo particolare di pro-
gramma, premere una volta il pulsante PTY TP AF e
poi impiegare la manopola “TUNE/PRESET” per
scegliere il tipo di programma. Premere “SCAN” per
individuare qualsiasi programma simile.
Per utilizzare l’RDS al fine di individuare stazioni
che trasmettono informazioni sul traffico (di solito
dopo il “giornale radio”), premere due volte il pulsante
PTY TP AF e poi premere “SCAN”. Il NAD 414RDS
cercherà cosí la prima stazione RDS che incorpora
informazioni sul traffico. “*TP*” indica una stazione
RDS che comprende informazioni sul traffico; “TP”
indica una stazione RDS che non trasmette infor-
mazioni sul traffico, oppure una stazione non RDS.
Per permettere all’RDS si ricercare una sintoniz-
zazione con segnale piú forte della stazione in
ascolto, premere tre volte il pulsante PTY TP AF e
poi premere “SCAN”. il NAD 414RDS cercherà il seg-
nale piú forte per la stazione in ascolto.
Il suo impiego è evidenziato dai sistemi accessori
autoradio e riproduzione sonora in vettura per pas-
sare automaticamente alla versione piú forte di una
radiostazione nazionale durante il viaggio. Ma è pos-
sibile ricorrere al suo impiego per assicurarsi di
essersi sincronizzati sul segnale ottimale per la
stazione prescelta.

quindici categorie che seguono.

Visualizzazione delle ore (CT)
Se la stazione che si desidera ascoltare non è una
stazione RDS non è possibile allora impiegare questa
funzione.
1. Premere il pulsante “DISPLAY”: si otterrà la visu-
alizzazione delle informazioni RT.
2. Premere un’altra volta il pulsante “DISPLAY”.
Il display riporta le ore entro un minuto dalla
ricezione di una stazione che trasmette informazioni
CT.
“NO UPDATE” oppure “NO TIME” compaiono sul
display entro pochi secondi da quando ci si è sin-
tonizzati su una stazione che non trasmette infor-
mazioni CT. Verranno quindi visualizzate le infor-
mazione PS.
