Za kosilicu s nosačem alata za košnju od 87 cm cijela se montaža provodi pomoću kliznih salinaca (Poz. 2 - Slika 10), koji se nalaze priloženi u
pošiljci. Klizne salince montirati pomoću 2 vijka prethodno montirana na nosač alata za košnju (Poz. 1), pločica i matica. Vidjeti takodjer i poglavlje
NAMJEŠTANJE VISINE NOSAČA ALATA ZA KOŠNJU.
Metalni držač (7) učvrstite na grebenu (8). Spoj učvrstite vijkom (5) i podložnom pločicom (6). Vrh/nos držača (7) gleda u smjeru košnje. Učvrstite
greben (8) na nosač (10). Spoj učvrstite vijkom M8 (1), opružnim prstenom 8mm (2) te maticom M8 (3). Uputa: nakon 2 sata košnje ponovno pritegnite
sve vijeke i matice!
Podešavanje gasa (slika 4) Suprotan kraj Bowdenove povlake/sajle ugradite odozgora prema dolje u polugu gasa na motoru. Kraj sajle
lagano učvrstite. Polugu gasa na ručki te polugu gasa na motoru stavite na startnu poziciju. Učvrstite stezaljkama Bowdenovu povlaku. Vodite računa
da se prilikom montaže ne ošteti povlaka. Po potrebi podmažite polugu gasa uljem.
Ugradnja kosišta (slika 6) Ugasite motor!!! Svornjak (1) uvedite u otvor (2), a klinasti remen (3) spustite na nižu remenicu. Zateznu oprugu
(4) staviti na određenu kuku (5) potom u otvor (7). Ugradite pokrov. Pokrov (6) pomoću navojne glave za centriranje ugradite i učvrstite vijcima.
Podešavanje sajle kosišta (slika 7) Kako bi napeli klinasti remen kosišta, podesite sajlu pomoću vijka za podešavanje (2). Kosište u
tom slučaju radi kada je pritisnuta poluga (4) prešla polovicu svoje putanje. Pritiskom lijeve poluge (1): pogon unaprijed.
