Dessertcrèmes maken
Maak uw desserts in schaaltjes dankzij de buitenste stoommand voor zacht en snel koken.
Giet hiervoor 0,7 l water in de kom zonder accessoire. Zet uw schaaltjes (voor ¾ gevuld) in
de buitenste stoommand en doe het deksel erop. Laat het stoomprogramma P2 gedurende
20 minuten werken, laat de schaaltjes na het koken 10 minuten in de buitenste stoommand
staan zonder op te warmen; de crèmes kunnen dan verder garen met de overblijvende stoom. De
kooktijd kan variëren afhankelijk van de ingrediënten.
Opgelet:
• Gebruik alleen schaaltjes die geschikt zijn voor stoomkoken!
Zet de schaaltjes niet op het tussenliggende stoomplateau, want door het opzwellen van
de inhoud zou het deksel kunnen worden opgetild.
