U kunt in de binnenste stoommand rijst koken om bij uw gerechten op te dienen. Giet hiervoor
0,7 l water in de kom zonder accessoire. Bedek de binnenste stoommand met perkamentpapier en
voeg 300 ml water toe met 3 snuifjes zout.
Voeg de rijst toe en meng met de spatel. Zet de binnenste stoommand in de kom en sluit het
deksel. Laat het stoomprogramma P1 gedurende 25 minuten werken. Maak de rijst op het einde
van de kooktijd los met een vork en houd het deksel gesloten om de rijst warm te houden totdat
u hem opdient.

Gebruik de binnenste stoommand om zachtgekookte eieren te maken voor bij het voorgerecht.
Doe hiervoor 0,7 l water in de kom zonder accessoire en laat het stoomprogramma P1 gedurende
10 minuten werken. Doe uw eieren in de binnenste stoommand en zet de binnenste stoommand
in de kom. Laat het programma P1 opnieuw werken en stel de tijd in volgens de gewenste
hardheid. Dompel op het einde van de kooktijd de eieren onder in koud water (voor halfzacht of
hardgekookte eieren) of eet de zachtgekookte eieren onmiddellijk op.
