In 15 - 30 secs. you can chop up to 600g of

foodstuff:

. hard produce:- cheese, dried fruits, certain

vegetables (carrots, celery ...)

. soft produce:- certain vegetables (onions,

spinach ...)

. raw and cooked meat (boned and diced).

. raw or cooked fish.

Kneading/mixing

- Set the speed on 5 (A6) and turn the button

(A8) to start the appliance.

- Stop the process as soon as the pastry starts

to form a ball.

You can:

. knead up to 1.2kg of pastry/dough (biscuits,

shortcrust, bread) in approximately 60 secs.

. mix up to 1l of pancake batter etc in 60 -

90secs.

. mix up to 1.5kg cake mixture (sponges) in

1min 30 - 3min.30

BLENDING/MIXING VERY FINELY

Depending on the type of food the blender

goblet (I) can blend up to 1.5l.

- Press the Hood release button (A5) and lift

the upper power outlet hood (A1)

- Place the ingredients in to the blender goblet

(I3) and lock the lid (I2). The spur on the lid

sticks out of the locking slot on the goblet

handle.

- Place the blender (I) onto the upper power

outlet (A2) (mark «1» aligned with the

. of

the motor unit) and twist the handle until the

locking position (mark «2» aligned with the

of the motor unit).

- Set the speed from «1 - 5» (A6) and turn the

button (A8) to start blending. For greater

control of the blending, use the pulse button

(A7).

If the lid is not or is badly positioned the

blender can not be locked into place on the

food processor and will not work. Once the

blender goblet and it’s lid are locked into place

on the motor unit, the lid cannot be removed.

During blending, ingredients can be added

using the slot in the measuring lid stopper (I1).

- Never fill the blender goblet with boiling liquid.

You can:

. Blend up to 1.5l of extra smooth soup, sau-

ces, creams, fruit purees, milk-shakes and

cocktails.

. Blend all batters (pancakes, waffles, yorkshire

pudding)

Depending on the foodstuff to be chopped, the

mini-chopper (J) can chop up to 100g.
