A
SSEMBLING
THE
ACCESSORIES
- Place the bowl and drive (B3) on to the motor
unit (A). Turn it using the handle until it locks
into place.
- Place the spindle (C) on to the bowl drive
(B4)
- Slide the metal blade (D1) or plastic
kneading blade (D2) on to the spindle (C)
down to the bottom of the bowl.
- Place your ingredients into the bowl.
- Place the lid (B2) on the bowl and turn it
until it clicks into position. The peg on the lid
must engage in the lid locking slot (A1).
Attention:
To unlock the metal blade (D1) fromthe spindle
(C):
- Place the unit on a stable surface
- Turn the spindle (C) clockwise, holding the
metal blade (D1) by its upper section

Blending
- Set the speed to between «3 and 5» (A2) and
press the button (A4) to start the appliance.
You can blend up to 1 litre of soups, stewed
fruit etc in 20 secs.
Chopping
- Set the speed to «5» (A2) and press the
button (A4) to start the appliance. For
greater control over the chopping use the
pulse button (A3)
In 15 - 30 secs. you can chop up to 600g of
foodstuff:
. hard produce:- cheese, dried fruits, certain
vegetables (carrots, celery ...)
. soft produce:- certain vegetables (onions,
spinach ...)
. raw and cooked meat (boned and diced).
. raw or cooked fish.
Kneading/mixing
- Set the speed to «5» (A2) and press the
button (A4) to start the appliance.
- Stop the process as soon as the pastry starts
to form a ball.
You can:
. knead up to 1.2kg of pastry/dough (biscuits,
shortcrust, bread) in approximately 60 secs.
. mix up to 1l of pancake batter etc in 60 -
90secs.
. mix up to 1.5kg cake mixture (sponges) in
1min 30 - 3min.30

- Slide the whipping disk (F) on to the spindle
(C) right to the bottom of the bowl.
- Place the ingredients into the bowl.
- Place the lid (B2) on to the bowl and turn
until you hear it clicks into position.The peg
on the lid must engage in the lid locking slot
(A1)

- Set the speed from «1 to 5» (A2) and press
the button (A4) to start.
- Never use this whisk to knead dough or to
mix cake mixtures.
You can use it to prepare: mayonnaise, aioli,
sauces, egg whites, whipped cream (up to
0.5l)

Depending on the type of food the grating/
slicing disks(E) can chop up to 1kg.

you hear it clicks into position. The peg on
the lid must engage in the lid locking slot
(A1)

- Put food in through the feeder tube using
the pusher (B1)
- Set the speed from «2 to 5» (A2) and press
the switch (A4) to start.
The slicing/grating disks can:-
. slice thickly (H) - potatoes, onions...
. slice thinly (D) - cucumbers, beetroot, apples,
carrots, cabbage...
. coarsley grate (C) - celeriac, potatoes...
. finely grate (A) - carrots, cheese...
CITRUS PRESS
The citrus press (G) allows you to make up to
1l of juice.
