They can also be reduced by:
- adding a little water to the dish at the start of
the cooking process .
- using the correct cooking temperature or
lowering it.
- using preferably earthenware dishes.
Cleaning
- Unplug your oven and allow it to cool
completely before any cleaning.
- For ease of cleaning wipe with a damp soapy
sponge over the walls of the oven. Rinse and
dry carefully.
- The interior walls are covered in self-cleaning
enamel. To preserve their efficiency and
ensure that they will last, wipe any spills of
fat or smoke with a damp, soapy sponge as
soon as they appear and then switch on the
oven for 30 minutes, thermostat at 260° C.
- The drip-tray, the grill and the accessories
for the spit can be cleaned with hot water
and washing-up liquid.
Do not use abrasive pads of cloths,
scouring powders or oven cleaning
products to clean the oven.
Maintenance
If your appliance does not work, contact your
local dealer or Moulinex Service Agent (see
list in Moulinex Service leaflet).
Changing the Mains Lead
If the mains lead or the plug are damaged, do
not use your appliance. In order to avoid any
accident, they must be replaced by an
approved Moulinex Centre (see list in the
leaflet "Moulinex Service").
