FRUGTMOS TIL BØRN
. Æblemos:
2 store, friske æbler - 3 spsk. flødeost eller
hytteret - 2 tsk. honning.
- Samtlige ingredienser blendes 15 sekunder.
Mosen serveres kold.
. Baby-dessert:
1 æble - 1 banan - 1/4 l appelsinjuice - 40 g
sukker - saften af en 1/2 citron.
- Samtlige ingredienser blendes 20 sekunder.
Desserten serveres straks.
SUPPER
. Grøntsagssuppe:
2 kartofler (220 g) - 2 gulerødder (180 g) - 1
majroe (50 g) - 1 løg (50 g) - 1 porre (kun det
hvide stykke) - 50 g selleri - 1 stilk persille - salt
- 3/4 l bouillon.
- Grøntsagerne koges møre i bouillonen og
blendes herefter i 15 sekunder.
. Gazpacho:
1/2 agurk - 1/2 grøn peberfrugt - 2 tomater - 1
lille løg - 2 fed hvidløg - 20 g brødkrumme -1
tsk. vineddike - 2 spsk. olivenolie - saften af 1/
2 citron - salt - peber - evt. 1 stænk tabasco -
40 cl. bouillon.
- Agurk, løg og hvidløg skrælles. Tomaterne
skoldes, skind og kerner fjernes. Samtlige
ingredienser blendes i 20 sekunder. Suppen
serveres kold.
. Linsesuppe:
400 g kogte linser - 1 kartoffel - et par kålblade
(30 g) - 1 lille gulerod - 1 tomat - salt - 3/4 l
bouillon.
- Grøntsagerne koges møre i bouillonen og
blendes herefter i 20 sekunder.
. Belgisk suppe:
400 g porrer - 100 g bladselleri - 3/4 l bouillon
- 1 stor håndfuld spinatblade.
- Porrer og selleri hakkes groft og koges i
bouillonen. Når porrer og selleri er næsten
møre tilsættes spinaten, der koges med i det
sidste øjeblik. Herefter blendes suppen i 10
sekunder.
