. «Kasviskeitto»
2 keskikokoista perunaa (220 g),
2 keskikokoista porkkanaa (180 g), 1 pala
palsternakkaa (50 g), 1 sipuli (50 g), 1 purjo
(vain valkea osa), 1 pieni pala selleriä (50 g),
nippu persiljaa, suolaa, 3/4 litraa lihalientä
- kuori kasvikset ja raasta karkeasti tai
paloittele, keitä pehmeiksi, pane kaikki aineet
tehosekoittimeen ja tehosekoita 15 sekuntia.
. «Gaspacho»
1/2 kurkkua, 1/2 vihreää paprikaa, 2 tomaattia,
1 pieni sipuli, 2 valkosipulin kynttä, 20 g kuivaa
valkeaa leipää, 1 tl viinietikkaa, 2 rkl oliiviöljyä,
1/2 sitruunan mehu, suolaa, pippuria, tabascoa
(haluttaessa), 4 dl lihalientä
- kuori kurkku, sipuli ja valkosipulin kynnet,
paloittele, kuori ja ota siemenet pois
tomaateista, puhdista paprika, paloittele
pane kaikki aineet tehosekoittimeen ja
tehosekoita 20 sekuntia, tarjoa kylmänä.
. «Linssikeitto»
400 g keitettyjä linssejä, 1 peruna, pari
kaalinlehteä (30 g), 1 pieni porkkana, 1 tomaatti,
suolaa, 3/4 litraa lihalientä
- kuori peruna ja porkkana, keitä 15 minuuttia,
lisää kaalinlehdet ja keitä vielä 5 minuuttia,
valuta kasvikset, lämmitä tällä välin linssit,
pane kaikki aineet tehosekoittimeen ja
tehosekoita 20 sekuntia, tarjoa kuumana.
. «Belgialainen keitto»
400 g purjoa, 100 g selleriä, 3/4 litraa lihalientä,
1 iso kourallinen pinaattia
- hienonna purjo ja selleri ja keitä lihaliemessä
pehmeiksi, lisää pinaatti keittämisen
lopussa, pane keitetyt ainekset
tehosekoittimeen ja tehosekoita 10 sekuntia.
