Conseils de sécurité

- Ne laissez pas l’appareil à portée des en-

fants.

- Ne laissez pas pendre le cordon à portée

de mains des enfants.

- Vérifiez que la tension d’alimentation de

votre appareil correspond à celle de votre

installation électrique.

Toute erreur de branchement annule la ga-

Avantages de la cafetière

Crystal Arôme Plus

. Le filtre “ Duo Filter ” : un filtre double

action anti-chlore et anti-tartre

Les éléments qui constituent le filtre “ Duo

Filter ” (charbon actif d’origine végétale et

résine anti-calcaire) répondent aux législa-

tions alimentaires en vigueur. Son traitement

aux sels d’argent agit en tant que bactériostat,

pour la protection du consommateur. Ce filtre

a été testé avec succès par des laboratoires

reconnus.

Le filtre, composé de produits d’origine végé-

tale et de produits non polluants, peut être

éliminé avec les déchets ménagers.

L’action anti-chlore du filtre révèle au café

ses arômes les plus délicats. L’eau du robinet

contient très souvent un taux de chlore qui

gêne le développement de l’arôme du café.

Le filtre “ Duo Filter ” élimine le chlore afin que

son odeur et son goût ne soient plus percep-

tibles.

L’action anti-tartre du filtre permet d’augmen-

ter la durée de vie de votre cafetière.

. Verseuse Hermetica

La verseuse Hermetica possède un couver-

cle sans trou central et une grille isolante sur

le bec verseur. Cette conception permet de

réduire considérablement la perte de chaleur

et de préserver tout l’arôme du café. Elle

empêche l’infiltration d’air extérieur qui oxyde

le café et l’évaporation de l’arôme.

Cette verseuse peut être utilisée au four à

micro-ondes.

Avant une première

utilisation

- Faites fonctionner une première fois la cafe-

tière avec de l’eau, sans mouture et sans le

filtre “ Duo Filter ”.

- Sortez le filtre “ Duo Filter ” (B) de son sachet

plastique. Rincez-le sous l’eau du robinet.

- Soulevez le couvercle de votre cafetière et

retirez le support filtre (A).

- Faites pivoter la partie inférieure de ce sup-

port et introduisez le filtre dans son loge-

ment.

- Replacez le support filtre dans la cafetière :

votre cafetière est prête à l’emploi.

Mise en service

- Remplissez le réservoir (C) avec de l’eau

froide en vous aidant du niveau d’eau (E)

- Versez votre mouture dans un filtre n°4 po-

sitionné dans le porte-filtre (D).

- Placez la verseuse avec son couvercle sur

la plaque chauffante (H).

. Le modèle avec Sélecteur d’arôme per-

met de choisir un café plus ou moins

corsé :

. pour un café normal : appuyez sur la tou-

che (J) .

. pour un café fort : appuyez sur la touche

(K) .

- Mettez en marche à l’aide de l’interrupteur

(G) : le voyant lumineux indique que la

cafetière fonctionne.

- Un système stop-gouttes vous permet de

retirer la verseuse le temps de vous servir

une tasse de café en cours de préparation.

Replacez rapidement la verseuse dans la

cafetière pour éviter le débordement du porte-

filtre.

. Le modèle programmable permet :

. de bénéficier de la fonction “ horloge ”,

. de régler la mise en marche de votre cafe-

tière jusqu’à 24 heures à l’avance,

. d’éteindre automatiquement la cafetière au

bout d’1 heure ou selon votre choix entre 1 h

et 5 heures.

- Branchez l’appareil : l’afficheur clignote.

. Mise à l’heure de l’horloge

- Tournez le bouton jusqu’à la position

- Appuyez sur la touche H (M) pour régler les

heures.

- Appuyez sur la touche min (N) pour régler les

minutes.

. Fonctionnement en mode manuel

- Tournez le bouton sur la position ON (G)

(marche).

- Le voyant (O) s’allume.

- Tournez le bouton sur la position OFF (G)

(arrêt) pour arrêter le fonctionnement.

. Fonctionnement en mode programmation

Pour régler l’heure à laquelle vous souhaitez

avoir votre café :

. Tournez le bouton sur la position PROG : le

symbole de l’afficheur clignote.

. Appuyez sur la touche H (M) pour régler

l’heure.

. Appuyez sur la touche min (N) pour régler

les minutes.

. Tournez le bouton sur la position AUTO : le

symbole reste fixe : votre cafetière est

programmée.

A l’heure choisie, le voyant lumineux (O) s’al-

lume et la cafetière se met automatiquement

en marche.

Attention : Si le bouton reste en position

AUTO, la cafetière redémarre chaque jour à

l’heure programmée.

. Arrêt automatique et programmation du

maintien au chaud

A la mise sous tension, l’arrêt automatique de

votre cafetière est programmé à 1 heure.

Vous pouvez aussi prolonger la durée du

maintien au chaud entre 1 et 5 h par tranche

d’une heure.

La programmation s’effectue en position OFF

de la manière suivante :

- maintenez la touche min (N) enfoncée et

appuyez en même temps sur la touche H

(M) pour choisir la durée de maintien au

chaud souhaitée. Chaque appui sur la tou-

che H (M) augmente d’une heure la durée du

maintien au chaud.

Entretien

. Changement du filtre “ Duo Filter ”

- Changez le filtre, lorsque le témoin de chan-

gement de filtre (F) devient rouge.

Ce témoin reste rouge durant 5 utilisations

pour vous prévenir de la nécessité de changer

le filtre. Il repasse ensuite au blanc même si

votre filtre n’a pas été changé.

Pour le modèle programmable, le témoin

lumineux (F) clignote. Eteignez-le en appuyant

à l’aide d’un outil pointu sur la touche (P).

- Pour changer le filtre, faites pivoter la partie

inférieure du support filtre (A), retirez le filtre

“Duo Filter” de son logement et

remplacez-le après l’avoir rinçé.

Important

- Le filtre “ Duo Filter ” ne doit être utilisé

qu’avec de l’eau potable

- Le filtre “ Duo Filter ” ne convient que pour les

cafetières Crystal Arôme Plus.

- L’absence de filtre n’empêche pas le fonc-

tionnement de la cafetière.

- Si vous prévoyez de ne pas utiliser votre

cafetière pendant une période prolongée

(vacances...), nous vous conseillons de rin-

cer à l’eau courante le filtre «Duo Filter» et de

bien nettoyer votre cafetière.

- Il est conseillé de ne pas laisser le filtre en

place plus de 3 mois.

. Détartrage

Le filtre “ Duo Filter ” par son action contre le

tartre, vous permet de ne détartrer votre cafe-

tière que toutes les 160 utilisations (environ 4

mois) pour de l’eau peu calcaire ou toutes les

80 utilisations (environ 2 mois) pour de l’eau

très calcaire.

- Avant de détartrer, retirez le support filtre (A).

Vous pouvez utiliser :

. soit un sachet de détartrant dilué dans 2

grandes tasses d’eau

. soit 2 grandes tasses de vinaigre d’alcool

blanc

- Versez le mélange dans le réservoir (C) et

mettez la cafetière en marche (sans mou-

ture)

- Laissez couler dans la verseuse l’équivalent

d’une tasse, puis arrêtez.

- Laissez agir le mélange restant dans la ca-

fetière pendant une heure.

- Remettez la cafetière en marche pour ter-

miner l’écoulement.

- Rincez la cafetière en la faisant fonctionner

2 ou 3 fois avec de l’eau claire (réservoir

plein).

Attention : Ne laissez pas le sachet de détar-

trant entre les mains des enfants.

Nettoyage

- Débranchez l’appareil.

- Ne mettez jamais l’appareil dans l’eau ou

sous l’eau courante.

- Pour évacuer la mouture usagée, retirez le

porte-filtre (D) de la cafetière.

- La verseuse (I) et le porte-filtre amovible (D)

peuvent être nettoyés au lave-vaisselle.

APPLIANCES WITH FITTED PLUG

Important : For your convenience this appliance

is supplied complete with a plug incorporating

a 13 amp fuse.

In the event of replacing a fuse in the plug

supplied, a 13 amp fuse approved by ASTA to

BS1362 must be used.

If the socket outlets are not of the 13A BS 1363

type, and therefore do not accept the plug

connected to this appliance, cut off the plug.

When cut off, this plug is a shock hazard if

inserted into a socket outlet and must therefore

be disposed of safely.

If the fuse cover is detachable, never use the

plug with the cover omitted. Replacement

covers can be obtained from your service agent.

Fit the appropriate plug according to the ins-

tructions in paragraph "Fitting a plug". With

alternative plugs a 15 amp fuse must be fitted

either in the plug or adaptor or at the main fuse

box.

FITTING A PLUG - IMPORTANT

The wires in the mains lead are coloured in

accordance with the following code:

GREEN & YELLOW : EARTH

BLUE : NEUTRAL - BROWN : LIVE

As the colours in the mains lead of this

appliance may not correspond with the

coloured markings identifying the terminals in

your plug, proceed as follows:

The wire which is coloured GREEN & YELLOW

must be connected to the terminal in the plug

which is marked with the letter ‘E’ or by the

earth symbol

or coloured green or green

and yellow. The wire which is coloured BLUE

must be connected to the terminal which is

marked with the letter ‘N’ or coloured black.

The wire which is coloured BROWN must be

connected to the terminal which is marked

with the letter ‘L’ or coloured red.

This appliance is manufactured to conform to

the Low Voltage Electrical Equipment (Safety)

Regulations 1989 and is designed to comply

with BS 3456. It complies with the requirements

of the EEC Directive (89/336/EEC).

- This appliance must be used with an earthed

connection

Advantages of the Crystal

Aroma Plus

. The ‘Duo Filter’: a double action anti-

chlorine and anti-scale filter

The elements which go into the ‘Duo Filter’

(active vegetable based carbon and anti-scale

resin) comply with current food safety

legislation. Its silver salt processing acts as an

anti-bacteria agent, for consumer safety. This

filter has been tested successfully by

recognised laboratories.

The filter, vegetable-based and non-pollutive,

can be disposed of as domestic waste

The anti-chlorine action of the filter will give

the coffee more delicate flavours. Tap-water

often contains amounts of chlorine which will

hinder the flavours. The ‘Duo filter’ eliminate

the chlorine so that the smell and taste of the

coffee are more perceptible.

The anti-scale filter will prolong the working

life of your coffee-machine

. Hermetica Coffee-pot

The Hermatica coffee-pot has a lid without a

central hole, and an insulating grid on the

pouring-lip. This design considerably reduces

heat loss and preserves all the flavour of the

coffee. It prevents the entrance of air from the

outside, which oxidises the coffee and

evaporates the aroma.

This coffee-pot can be used in a micro-wave

oven

Before using the appliance

for the first time

- Use for the first time with water, and without

coffee grounds or ‘Duo Filter’.

- Remove the ‘Duo Filter’ (B) from its plastic

bag. Rinse in tap water

- Raise the lid of coffee-machine remove the

filter-holder (A)

- Pivot the lower part of this holder and insert

the filter into its housing

- Replace the filter holder in the coffee ma-

chine: your coffee machine is now ready for

use.

Using the appliance

- Fill the water tank (C) with cold water, using

the fill-level (E) as a guide.

- Pour your coffee-grounds into a no. 4 filter

in the filter-holder (D)

- Place the coffee-pot with its lid on the hot-

plate (H)

.The flavour strength selector model allows

you to choose a stronger or weaker coffee.

. for a normal coffee: press button (J)

. for a strong coffee: press button (K)

- Start the machine using switch (G): the

indicator light will show that the appliance is

in use.

- Ant anti-drip system allows you the time to

remove the coffee-pot and pour a coffee,

while the coffee is still being prepared. Re-

place the coffee-pot quickly to avoid an

overflowing of the filter-holder.

. The programmable model allows:

. use of the clock function

. programming of the appliance up to 24 hours

in advance

. automatic shut of the appliance after 1 hour,

or between 1 and 5 hours according to choice

- Plug the appliance in; the display screen will

flash.

. Setting the time

- Turn the button to position

- Press button H (M) to set the hour

- Press button min (N) to set the minutes

. Using in manual mode

- Turn the button to ON (G) position

- The indicator light (O) will come on

- To stop, turn button to OFF (G) position

. Using in programme mode

To set the time at which you would like your

coffee:

- Turn the button to PROG position:

the symbol will flash on the display

- Press button H (M) to set the hour

- Press button min (N) to set the minutes

- Turn the button to AUTO position:

the symbol remains fixed: the appliance

is now programmed.

At the chosen time, the indicator light (O) will

come on and the coffee-machine will start

automatically.

Attention: If the button stays in AUTO posi-

tion, the appliance will start again at the same

time every day.

. Automatic stop and ‘keep warm’ pro-

gramme.

When switched on, the automatic stop is

programmed for 1 hour.

You can prolong the keep warm function for

between 1 and 5 hours, in one-hour steps.

Programming takes place in OFF position in

the following way:

- keep min button (N) depressed at the same

time press H button (M) to select number of

hours to keep warm. Each press of the button

(M) increases ‘keep warm’ time by one hour.

Maintenance

. Changing the ‘Duo Filter’

- Change the filter when indicator light (F)

goes red.

This indicator light will remain red for 5 uses to

let you know it is time to change the filter. It will

then go white once more, even if the filter has

not been changed.

For the programmable model, the indicator

light (F) will flash. Stop this by using a pointed

utensil to press the button (P)

- To change the filter, pivot the lower part of

the filter-holder (A), remove the ‘Duo Filter’

from its housing and replace it after rinsing.

Important

- The ‘Duo Filter’ should only be used with

drinking water.

- The ‘Duo Filter’ is only suitable for Crystal

Aroma Plus coffee-machines.

- The absence of a filter will not prevent use

of the appliance.

- If you foresee not using the appliance for a

period of time (holidays etc.) it is

recommended that you rinse the ‘Duo Filter’

with running water and clean the coffee-ma-

chine carefully.

- It is recommended not to leave the filter in

place for more than 3 months

. Descaling

The ‘Duo Filter’, with its anti-scale action,

means that you only need to descale the

appliance every after every 160 uses ( around

4 months) for fairly hard water, and every 80

uses (around 2 months) for very hard water.

- Before descaling, remove the filter holder

(A).

You can use:

. a sachet of anti-scale solution, diluted in 2

large cups of water

. 2 large cups of white alcohol vinegar

- Pour the mixture into the water tank (C) and

start the coffee-machine (without coffee-

grounds)

- Let the equivalent of a cupful flow into the

coffee-pot.

- Leave the mixture in the coffee-machine for

an hour to take effect

- Start the machine again to allow the flow to

finish.

- Rinse the coffee-machine through, by using

2 or 3 times with clear water (full tank)

Attention : Do not leave anti-scale solution

within reach of children.

Cleaning

- Unplug the machine

- Never immerse the machine in water or

under running water

- To remove used coffee grounds, remove the

filter holder (D) from the machine

- The coffee pot (I) and the removable filter-

holder (D) can be cleaned in the dishwasher

Sicherheitshinweise

- Lassen Sie niemals Kinder unbeauf-

sichtigt mit dem Gerät.

- Überprüfen Sie vor Inbetriebnahme, ob die

auf dem Geräteboden angegebene

Spannung der auf Ihrem Stromzähler

entspricht. Bei falschem Anschluß des

Gerätes entfällt die Garantie. Ihr Gerät

muß unbedingt an eine geerdete Steckdose

angeschlossen werden.

- Wenn das Stromkabel defekt ist, kann es nur

durch den Moulinex Kundendienst oder

einen der Moulinex Vertragskundendienste

repariert werden, da Spezialwerkzeug

notwendig ist.

- Achtung: Gerät wird heiß während des

Betriebs!

- Ziehen Sie den Stecker nicht an der

Zuleitung aus der Steckdose.

- Die Zuleitung weder über Ecken und Kanten

hängen noch herunterhängen lassen.

- Tauchen Sie das Gerät niemals unter

Wasser.

- Beachten Sie die Entkalkungshinweise.

- Die Kaffeemaschine ist ein Haushaltsgerät

und ist ausschließlich zum Kochen von

Kaffee gedacht.

Der Hersteller kann nicht für Schäden

Die Vorteile der Kaffee-

Plus

. Doppel-Aktivfilter: Anti-Chlor-Filter und

Anti-Kalk-Filter

Der Doppel-Aktivfilter besteht gemäß der

derzeit gültigen Lebensmittelbestimmungen

auf rein pflanzlicher Basis. Die Wirksamkeit

des Doppel-Aktivfilters ist erfolgreich von

renommierten Laboratorien getestet worden.

- Da der Doppel-Aktivfilter auf rein pflanzlicher

Basis zusammengesetzt ist, kann er mit dem

normalen Hausmüll entsorgt werden.

- Leitungswasser enthält oftmals hohe

Mengen an Chlor, die wiederum den

Geschmack des Kaffees erheblich

beeinträchtigen: Der Anti-Chlor-Filter erhält

das volle Aroma des Kaffees, indem er Chlor

und andere Schadstoffe aus dem

Leitungswasser herausfiltert.

- Der Anti-Kalk-Filter verlängert die

Lebensdauer Ihrer Kaffeemaschine.

. Die Aromakanne

Die Aromakanne hat nur eine Öffnung zum

Ein- und Ausgießen des Kaffees. Diese

Konstruktion macht es möglich, das

Kaffeearoma so lange wie möglich in der

Aromakanne zu behalten.

Die Aromakanne kann auch in der Mikrowelle

verwendet werden.

Vor der ersten Inbetrieb-

nahme

- Schieben Sie die Zuleitung bis zur

benötigten Länge in das Kabelfach.

- Vor Inbetriebnahme Ihrer Kaffeemaschine

empfehlen wir zur Reinigung 2-3

Brühvorgänge nur mit Wasser, ohne

Kaffeemehl sowie ohne den Doppel-

Aktivfilter durchzuführen.

- Nehmen Sie den Doppel-Aktivfilter (B) aus

der Plastiktüte heraus und spülen Sie ihn

unter fließendem Wasser ab.

- Öffnen Sie den Deckel Ihrer Kaffeemaschine

und ziehen Sie den Filterträger (A) nach

oben heraus.

- Drehen Sie den unteren Teil des Filterträgers

zur Seite und setzen Sie den Doppel-

Aktivfilter in das Gehäuse.

- Schieben Sie den Filterträger wieder in die

Kaffeemaschine: Ihre Kaffeemaschine kann

jetzt in Betrieb genommen werden.

Inbetriebnahme

- Füllen Sie in den Wasserbehälter (C) unter

Zuhilfenahme der Wasserstandanzeige (E)

kaltes Wasser ein.

- Füllen Sie stets nur kaltes Wasser in den

Wasserbehälter.

- Füllen Sie die gewünschte Menge

Kaffeemehl in einen Papierfilter Nr. 4 oder

einen Moulinex Goldfilter und plazieren Sie

alles in den Filter (D).

- Stellen Sie die Aromakanne mit Deckel auf

die Warmhalteplatte (H).

. Bei dem Modell mit Aromawahlschalter

kann der Kaffee stark oder mild gebrüht

werden:

. für normalen Kaffee: Drücken Sie die

Wahltaste (J)

. für starken Kaffee: Drücken Sie auf die

Wahltaste (K)

- Schalten Sie die Kaffeemaschine am EIN-/

AUS-Schalter (G) ein. Die Kontrolleuchte

leuchtet auf, der Brühvorgang beginnt.

- Sie können jederzeit während des

Brühvorganges die Aromakanne entneh-

men, um vorzeitig Kaffee zu genießen. Ihre

Kaffeemaschine ist mit einem Tropf-Stop

ausgestattet, der den Kaffeedurchlauf

unterbricht, sobald die Kanne entnommen

wurde.

Achtung: Setzen Sie in diesem Fall die

Aromakanne sofort nach Kaffee-Entnahme

wieder ein, da ansonsten der Filter überlaufen

kann, wenn er voll ist.

. Die programmierbaren Modelle:

. Diese Modelle verfügen über einen

Küchentimer (Normalzeit).

. Eine Vorprogrammierung des Kaffeebrühens

bis zu 24 Stunden ist möglich.

. Eine variable Warmhalte-Programmierung

von 1 bis 5 Stunden ist möglich.

- Wenn Sie die Kaffeemaschine an eine

Steckdose anschließen, blinkt die Anzeige.

. Einstellen der Normalzeit/Küchentimer:

- Stellen Sie den Drehschalter auf die Posi-

tion

- Drücken Sie auf die Taste H (M) zum

Einstellen der Stunden.

- Drücken Sie auf die Taste min (N) zum

Einstellen der Minuten.

. Normalbetrieb, ohne Vorprogrammie-

rung:

- Stellen Sie den Drehschalter auf die Posi-

tion ON (G) (Einschalten)

- Die Kontrolleuchte (O) leuchtet auf.

- Zum Ausschalten der Kaffeemaschine

stellen Sie den Drehschalter auf die Posi-

tion OFF (G).

. Automatikfunktion für automatischen

Start zur vorprogrammierten Zeit:

Um vorzuprogrammieren, wann der Kaffee

gebrüht werden soll, gehen Sie wie folgt vor:

- Stellen Sie den Drehschalter auf die Posi-

tion PROG: Das Zeichen blinkt.

- Drücken Sie auf die Taste H (M), um die

Stunden einzustellen.

- Drücken Sie auf die Taste min (N), um die

Minuten einzustellen.

- Drehen Sie den Drehschalter auf die Posi-

.Automatische Endabschaltung und

programmierte Warmhaltefunktion:

Wenn Sie Ihre Kaffeemaschine an das

Stromnetz anschließen, schaltet sie sich

automatisch serienmäßig nach 1 Stunde ab.

Sie können die Dauer der Warmhaltefunktion

jedoch um je 1 Stunde verlängern.

Die Dauer der Warmhaltefunktion wird in der

Position OFF wie folgt programmiert:

- Halten Sie die Taste min (N) gedrückt, und

betätigen Sie gleichzeitig die Taste H (M),

um die gewünschte Warmhaltedauer

einzustellen. Durch jeden Druck auf die Taste

H (M) verlängert sich die Dauer der

Warmhaltefunktion um je 1 Stunde.

Pflege

. Auswechseln des Doppel-Aktivfilters

- Wechseln Sie den Doppel-Aktivfilter, sobald

sich die Filterwechselanzeige (F) rot verfärbt.

Die Filterwechselanzeige folgt einem

mechanischen Prinzip: Während 5 weiterer

Brühvorgänge behält die Anzeige ihre rote

Farbe. Danach nimmt sie allerdings wieder

die weiße Farbe an, auch wenn der Filter nicht

ausgewechselt wurde.

Bei den programmierbaren Modellen blinkt

die Filterwechselanzeige (F) und zeigt an,

daß Ihre Kaffeemaschine entkalkt werden

sollte.

Diese Kontrolleuchte blinkt so lange, bis Sie

mit Hilfe eines spitzen Gegenstandes auf die

Rückstelltaste (P) gedrückt haben.

- Um den Doppel-Aktivfilter zu wechseln,

schwenken Sie den unteren Teil des

Filterträgers (A) aus, ersetzen den

gebrauchten Doppel-Aktivfilter durch einen

neuen, und setzen den Filterträger wieder in

die Kaffeemaschine ein.

Wichtig

- Der Doppel-Aktivfilter darf nur mit Trinkwasser

verwendet werden.

- Der Doppel-Aktivfilter paßt nur in die

Kaffeemaschinen Crystal Arôme Plus.

- Ihre Kaffeemaschine Crystal Arôme Plus ist

auch dann funktionstüchtig, wenn sich der

Doppel-Aktivfilter nicht in dem Gerät befindet.

- Falls Sie Ihre Kaffeemaschine längere Zeit

nicht in Gebrauch hatten (z. B. Urlaub), ist es

ratsam, den Doppel-Aktivfilter vor erneutem

Gebrauch mit klarem Wasser auszuspülen

und Ihre Kaffeemaschine gut zu reinigen.

- Es ist ratsam, den Doppel-Aktivfilter nicht

länger als 3 Monate im Gerät zu lassen.

. Entkalken

Der Doppel-Aktivfilter und sein Einsatz gegen

Kalk und Chlor machen ein Entkalken Ihrer

Kaffeemaschine bei wenig kalkhaltigem Wasser

erst nach ca. 160 Brühvorgängen (ca. 4 Monaten)

notwendig, bzw. nach 80 Brühvorgängen (ca. 2

Monaten) bei sehr kalkhaltigem Wasser.

- Entfernen Sie vor jedem Entkalken den

Filterträger mit dem Doppel-Aktivfilter (A).

Sie können folgendes verwenden:

(Achtung: Der Kannendeckel muß dabei

unbedingt auf der Kanne sein.)

· 1 Beutel Entkalker in 1/2 Liter Wasser (2

große Tassen) aufgelöst

· oder 2 Tassen Essigessenz

- Schütten Sie den Entkalker bzw. die

Essigessenz in den Wassertank. Nehmen Sie

die Kaffeemaschine in Betrieb, jedoch ohne

Kaffeemehl. Lassen Sie ca. eine Tasse in die

Kanne laufen und stellen Sie das Gerät aus.

- Lassen Sie den Entkalker bzw. die

Essigessenz ungefähr eine Stunde lang

einwirken.

- Schalten Sie das Gerät wieder an, damit das

restliche Wasser durchlaufen kann.

- Reinigen Sie den Kaffeeautomaten, indem Sie

anschließend 2-3 Brühvorgänge mit klarem

Wasser vornehmen.

Achtung: Handelsübliche Entkalkungsmittel

gehören nicht in Kinderhände!

Reinigung

- Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker.

- Um gebrauchtes Kaffeemehl zu entfernen,

können Sie den Filter (D) aus dem Gerät

herausnehmen.

- Alle äußeren Geräteteile können mit einem

weichen, feuchten Schwamm abgewischt

werden. Achtung: Tauchen Sie das Gerät

niemals in Wasser und halten Sie es nicht

unter fließendes Wasser.

- Verwenden Sie nie Scheuermittel,

Scheuerschwämme oder ähnliches zur

Reinigung.

- Stecken Sie zur Reinigung niemals Ihre Hand

in die Kanne.

- Die Kaffeekanne (I) und der herausnehmbare

Filter (D) können in der Spülmaschine

gereinigt werden.

Entsorgungshinweise

- Bei der Herstellung der Verpackung ist

Moulinex bemüht, die Umwelt so wenig wie

möglich zu belasten. Sie besteht aus

Recycling-Wellpappe und ist zu 100 %

wiederverwertbar.

Sie kann daher bei jeder Papiersammelstelle

entsorgt werden.

- Die Kunststoff-Teile Ihres Gerätes sind unter

Angabe des verwendeten Materials

gekennzeichnet. Ein späteres Recycling der

Teile ist damit gewährleistet. Nähere

Informationen zur Entsorgung der einzelnen

Materialien erhalten Sie vom Umweltamt bzw.

Amt für Abfallwirtschaft Ihres Wohnortes.

- Wird Ihr Gerät mit einem Akku betrieben,

geben Sie ihn nicht zum normalen Abfall. Das

Gerät enthält einen Nickel-Cadmium-Akku.

Bringen Sie das Gerät "der Umweltzuliebe" zu

Ihrem Kundendienst oder den städtischen

Abfallannahmestellen (z.B. Schadstoffmobil).

- Auch können Sie sich an das Umweltamt bzw.

Amt für Abfallwirtschaft wenden. Dort erhalten

Sie weitere Informationen über die

ordnungsgemäße Entsorgung Ihres Gerätes.
