• 4 cucchiai da tavola di olio d’oliva
• 24 gamberi
• 1/2 mezza insalata rossa
• 1/2 mezza insalata riccia
• 2 cucchiai da tavola di aceto Xeres
• sale
• pepe
• senape
-Pulite i gamberi.
- Mettete i gamberi nel recipiente di
cottura e fate cuocere per 10/15 min.
- Lavate e centrifugate i due tipi di
insalata. Mescolatele.
Preparate una salsa con olio d’oliva, la
senape e l’aceto Xeres. Versate i
gamberi nell’insalata e mescolate.

ESTRAGONE

Preparazione: 10 min.
Tempo di cottura: 20-25 min.
• 4 petti di pollo (120 g ciascuno)
• 2 cucchiai da tè di estragone tritato
• 200 ml di doppia panna
• sale
• pepe
-Mettete i petti di pollo nel recipiente di
cottura e fate cuocere per 20/25 min.
-Scaldate la panna con il estragone
tritato, sale e pepe. Tagliate il pollo e
disponetelo nei piatti. Ricoprite la
carne con la salsa di panna ed
estragone.

Preparazione: 15 min.
Tempo di cottura: 30-35 min.
• 200 g di carote
• 200 g di rape
• 200 g di fagiolini
• 200 g di piselli surgelati
• prezzemolo tritato
• pepe nero macinato
- Sbucciate e lavate tutte le verdure.
Tagliate le carote, le rape e i fagiolini in
strisce di circa 4 cm.
-Mettete le verdure tagliate, i piselli e i
prezzemolo tritato nel recipiente di
cottura e fate cuocere per 30/35 min.
Togliete le verdure. Condite.

ARMELLATA DI MELE ALLA CANNELLA

Preparazione: 15 min.
Tempo di cottura: 20 min.
• 1 kg di mele
• 2 cucchiai da minestra di cannella in
polvere
• 100 g di zucchero
- Sbucciate, snocciolate e tagliate in
quattro le mele.
-Mettete le mele nel recipiente di
cottura e fate cuocere per 20 min.
Togliete le mele, schiacciatele,
aggiungete lo zucchero e la cannella.
Servite.
