DISASSEMBLY/REASSEMBLY SEQUENCES AUSBAU-/MONTAGESEQUENZEN
3 “DUCATI” ALTERNATOR
DISASSEMBLY
- Unscrew the screws “A”.
- Remove alternator cover “B” and flange “C”.
- Unscrew nut “D” responsible for securing rotor “E”.
- Unscrew the 3 screws “F” and remove stator “G” to-
gether with flanges “H”.
- Remove washer “I” and extract rotor “E”.
- Perform the checks described in chap. 5 section 7.
N.B.
To avoid the risk of demagnetisation, re-insert
the rotor in the previously removed stator.
REASSEMBLY
- Carry out the disassembly procedures in reverse or-
der.
N.B.
Fit the stator on the timing cover, taking note of
the position of lead “L” which would otherwise
not emerge from the dedicated hole in the alter-
nator cover “B”.
3 LICHTMASCHINE “DUCATI”
AUSBAU
- Die Schrauben “A” lösen.
- Den Lichtmaschinendeckel “B” und den entsprechen-
den Flansch “C” abnehmen.
- Die Klemmmutter “D” des Rotors “E” lösen.
- Die 3 Schrauben “F” lösen, dann den Stator “G” ge-
meinsam mit dem Flanschen “H” abnehmen.
- Die Unterlegscheibe “I” abnehmen, dann den Rotor
“E” abziehen.
- Die im Kap. 5 Abschn. 7 beschriebenen Kontrollen
vornehmen.
HINWEIS
Um ein Entmagnetisieren zu vermeiden, den
Rotor erneut in den zuvor ausgebauten Stator
einfügen.
MONTAGE
- Die Ausbauarbeiten in umgekehrter Reihenfolge aus-
üben.
HINWEIS
Unter Berücksichtigung der Position des Kabels
“L” den Stator an der Steuerungsabdeckung
montieren, andernfalls könnte es vorkommen,
dass es nicht an der entsprechenden Bohrung
am Lichtmaschinendeckel “B” herausgeführt
werden kann.
