DISASSEMBLY/REASSEMBLY SEQUENCES AUSBAU-/MONTAGESEQUENZEN
2 OIL PRESSURE CONTROL VALVE
REMOVING THE SUMP (FIG. 10-01)
- Drain the oil from the sump;
- Unscrew screws “A” and “B” and detach the sump “C”
from the crankcase together with gasket “D”;
- Remove valve “E”.

HECKS
Refer to chapter 3 Section 7.
REASSEMBLY
- After performing all the relative checks and replace-
ments, reassemble by performing the disassembly
steps in reverse order; always renew gasket “D” be-
tween sump and crankcase.
WARNING
Incorrect installation of the gasket will result in
damage to the engine.
Fit sump fixing screws “A” and “B” in a crosswise pattern
and torque to 10 Nm with a torque wrench.
After having fitted the drain plug with gasket “F”, pour in
3 litres of “Agip 4T SUPER RACING SAE 20W/50” oil
and refit the oil filler cap.
2 ÖLDRUCKREGELVENTIL
ABNAHME DER ÖLWANNE (ABB. 10-01)
- Das Öl aus der Wanne ablassen.
- Die Schrauben “A” und “B” lösen, dann die Ölwanne
“C” gemeinsam mit Dichtung “D” vom Kurbelgehäuse
nehmen.
- Das Ventil “E” ausbauen.
KONTROLLEN
Bezug auf die Angaben im Kapitel 3 des Abschnitts 7
nehmen.
MONTAGE
- Bei erneuter Montage, nach entsprechenden Kontrol-
len und Austauscharbeiten, die Montage in der dem
Ausbau umgekehrten Reihenfolge vornehmen und
dabei immer die Dichtung “D” zwischen Ölwanne und
Kurbelgehäuse austauschen.
ACHTUNG
Eine falsche Montage der Dichtung führt zu
Motorschäden.
Die Schrauben “A” und “B” der Ölwanne über Kreuz an-
ziehen und mit einem Momentenschlüssel auf ein An-
zugsmoment von 10 Nm bringen.
Daraufhin (nach dem Anschrauben der Ablassschraube
mit Dichtung “F”) 3 Liter Öl vom Typ “Agip 4T SUPER
RACING SAE 20W/50” einfüllen, dann die Einfüllschrau-
be erneut montieren.
