8 costeletas de carneiro
4 cebolas cortadas em
pedaços
3 colheres de chá ervas aromáticas
misturadas
2 pastinacas grandes
1 kg cenouras, cortadas aos
pedaços grossos
1,5 kg batatas quartelada
1 litro caldo de legumes quente
3 alho francês cortado em
pedaços
Retire qualquer excesso de gordura
das costeletas e depois coloque-as
numa frigideira junto com as
cebolas. Aloure as costeletas de
ambos os lados. Acrescente uma
pitada de ervas aromáticas.
Acrescente pastinacas, batatas,
alho francês e verta por cima o
caldo de legumes. Deixe ferver.
Transfira todos os ingredientes para
o recipiente de cerâmica e coloque-
o na base da panela eléctrica.
Coloque a tampa. Deixe cozinhar
durante aproximadamente 5 a 8
horas.
Cabrito com lentilhas
800g cenouras, cortadas às
rodelas
225g pastinacas cortadas aos
bocados
2 dentes de alho, esmagados
2 folhas de louro
250g lentilhas cor-de-laranja,
ensopadas por 1 hora.
Sal e pimenta preta acabada de moer
400ml vinho tinto
1,5 kg filete de perna de cabrito
cortado aos cubos
4 colheres de sopa molho de soja
300g cogumelos pequenos
raminho de salsa para guarnecer
Coloque as cenouras, pastinacas,
alho, folhas de louro e lentilhas
escorridas no recipiente de
cerâmica e tempere com sal e
pimenta. Verta o vinho no recipiente
de cerâmica depois de este ter
atingido o ponto de ebulição numa
panela. Pincele a carne com molho
de soja e acrescente uma pitada de
sal e pimenta. Coloque a carne por
cima dos vegetais. Coloque o
recipiente de cerâmica na base da
panela eléctrica e tape com a
tampa. Deixe cozinhar durante
aproximadamente 6 a 8 horas.
Acrescente os cogumelos nos
últimos 30 minutos. Retire a folha
de louro. Guarneça com o raminho
de salsa e sirva com uma salada
fresca.

3 colheres de sopa molho inglês
