Erdbeereis
Zutaten:
150 gr frische Erdbeeren
60 gr feiner Kristallzucker
1 Eigelb
1/2 EL Zitronensaft
1 1/2 dl Vollmilch
3/4 dl Sahne
Zubereitung:
Erdbeeren waschen und entkelchen.
Pürieren Sie die Erdbeeren zusammen mit dem Zitronensaft und
der Milch. Schlagen Sie das Eigelb zusammen mit dem Zucker zu
Schaum.
Schlagen Sie die Sahne beinahe steif. Vermischen Sie die
Erdbeermischung mit der geschlagenen Sahne und dem Eigelb.
Sorgen Sie dafür, dass das Ganze gut gemischt ist.
Geben Sie die Mischung in die Eismaschine und lassen Sie diese
35 Minuten lang laufen. Stellen Sie das Eis nach der Zubereitung
in der Eismaschine ungefähr eine halbe Stunde in den
Gefrierschrank.
Bananeneis
Zutaten:
150 gr reife Bananen
65 gr feiner Kristallzucker
Saft einer kleinen Zitrone
1 Eigelb
1/2 dl Sahne
1 1/2 dl Vollmilch
Zubereitung:
Pürieren Sie die Bananen zusammen mit dem Eigelb, dem Zucker
und dem Zitronensaft. Rühren Sie das Bananenpüree gut in die
Sahne und die Milch (die Sahne wird also nicht geschlagen).
Geben Sie die Mischung in die Eismaschine und lassen Sie diese
35 Minuten laufen. Stellen Sie das Eis nach der Zubereitung in der
Eismaschine ungefähr eine halbe Stunde in den Gefrierschrank.
