Totale bereidingstijd: 70-80 minuten
Ingrediënten voor ca. 16 personen:
Deeg:
400 g meel
2 theelepels bakpoeder
125 g suiker
1 pakje vanillinesuiker
200 g boter of margarine
1ei
1 flesje rum-aroma
Vulling:
200 g abrikozenconfiture
Strooisel:
350 g meel
175 g suiker
1 pakje vanillinesuiker
1/2 theelepel kaneel
200 g vloeibare boter
Bereiding
1. Bereid het kneeddeeg met de
deegingrediënten.
2. Rol het deeg op de ingevette glazen
schaal uit en prik er meermaals met
een vork in.
3. Bestrijk het kneeddeeg met de
abrikozenmarmelade.
4. Meng het meel, de suiker, de
vanillinesuiker en het kaneel voor de
kruimels. Voeg de iets afgekoelde boter
toe. Kneed alle ingrediënten en maak
hiervan kruimels. Strooi de kruimels op
de koek en bak de koek goudgeel.
