Totale bereidingstijd: 85-90 minuten
Ingrediënten voor ca. 18 personen:
250 g margarine of boter
200 g suiker
1 pakje vanillinesuiker
4 eieren
4 eetlepels rum
500 g meel
1 pakje bakpoeder
3 eetlepels cacao
3 eetlepels melk
Bereiding
1. Meng het vet, de suiker, de
vanillinesuiker en de eieren tot er een
crèmig geheel ontstaat. Roer vervol-
gens de rum en het met bakpoeder ge-
mengde meel erdoorheen.
2. Roer de cacao en de melk door ca.
1/3 van het deeg.
3. Doe de helft van het lichte deeg in
een ingevette langwerpige bakvorm,
kransvorm (C 26 cm) of tulbandvorm.
Verdeel het cacaodeeg over het lichte
deeg. Strijk nu het resterende lichte
deeg uit over het cacaodeeg.
4. Trek een vork met een
spiraalvormige beweging door de
deeglagen. Bak de cake.
