Putenkeule mit Chutney
Zubereitungszeit: 120–130 Minuten
Zutaten für ca. 2–3 Portionen
1 Putenoberkeule (etwa 1200 g)
Salz, Pfeffer
30 g Margarine
200 ml Sahne
200 g Aprikosen- oder Mango-Chutney
250 ml Wasser
1 Dose Aprikosen (280 g) oder Mango

spalten
Zubereitung
1. Putenkeule mit Salz und Pfeffer wür-
zen, in einen Bräter legen. Mit Margari-
neflöckchen belegt etwa 60 Minuten of-
fen braten, dann die Sahne angießen,
weitere etwa 15 Minuten garen.
2. Chutney zugeben, weitere etwa
15 Minuten offen garen. Keule entneh-
men.
3. Bratenfond mit Wasser auffüllen,
eventuell mit etwas angerührter Spei
-
sestärke leicht binden (durch das Chut
-
ney wird die Soße bereits sämig).
4. Aprikosenhälften oder Mangospalten
in die Soße geben, erhitzen und zum in
Scheiben geschnittenen Fleisch servie
-
ren.
