Kalbs-Rahmbraten
Zubereitungszeit: 130–140 Minuten
Zutaten für ca. 6 Portionen
1000 g Kalbsbraten (Keule oder Nuss)
1 gestrichenen TL Salz
1/2 TL weißer Pfeffer
2 gestrichene TL Papika edelsüß
Butter oder Margarine
2 Zwiebeln, 2 Möhren
2 Tomaten
2 Kalbsknochen
250 ml Sahne
Speisestärke
Zubereitung
1. Fleisch mit Salz, Pfeffer und Paprika
würzen, mit Fett bestreichen und in ei-
nen Bräter legen. Geschälte Möhren,
Zwiebeln und Tomaten grob zerschnei-
den und mit den Knochen zum Fleisch
geben.
2. Nach etwa 30 Minuten ca. 1/4 l Flüs-
sigkeit angießen. Dies alle 30 Minuten
wiederholen. Zum Schluss die Sahne
zufügen.
3. Bratenfond mit Wasser auffüllen (falls
erforderlich), mit angerührter Speises
-
tärke leicht binden und zum in Schei
-
ben geschnittenen Fleisch servieren.

Temperatur: 160–180 °C
Ebene: 1 von unten
Bratzeit: 100–120 Minuten
Tipp: Genauso verfahren Sie auch mit
einem Kalbsrollbraten. Wählen Sie dazu
das Automatikprogramm "Kalbsrollbra-
ten".
