Soufflé sucré à la cerise
Temps de préparation : 40 à 50 minutes
8 parts
Ingrédients
Beurre
50 g de poudre de noix
200 g de griottes
2 jaunes d'œuf
80 g de sucre glace
Pulpe d'une gousse de vanille
250 g de fromage blanc lisse
20 g de fécule
2 blancs d'œufs
Pour saupoudrer
40 g de sucre glace
Préparation
Beurrer huit ramequins et les tapisser
de poudre de noix.
Bien égoutter les griottes et les répartir
dans les moules.
Battre le jaune d'œuf avec 60 g de
sucre glace jusqu'à ce qu'il mousse.
Incorporer l'intérieur de la gousse de
vanille, le fromage blanc et la fécule.
Monter les blancs en neige avec le
reste de sucre glace et les incorporer
sans les casser.
Répartissez la préparation dans les 8
petits moules (C 7–8 cm) graissés, dé
-
posez-les sur le plat universel et intro
-
duisez ce dernier dans le four pré
-
chauffé. Verser environ1ld'eau
chaude dans le plat universel et faire
cuire les soufflés au bain-marie.
Saupoudrer de sucre glace juste avant
de servir.
