Süßes Kirsch-Soufflé

Zubereitungszeit: 40–50 Minuten
Zutaten:
Butter
50 g gemahlene Nüsse
6 EL Schattenmorellen
2 Eigelb
80 g Puderzucker
Mark einer Vanilleschote
250 g Quark
20 g Weizenstärke
2 Eiweiß
8 Portionsförmchen
Für die Dampfstöße: ca. 100 ml Wasser
Zubereitung:
1. Acht Portionsförmchen mit Butter ein-
fetten und mit Nüssen ausstreuen.
2. Schattenmorellen gut abtropfen las-
sen und in die Förmchen verteilen.
3. Eigelb mit 60 g Puderzucker schau
-
mig rühren. Vanillemark, Quark und
Stärke unterrühren. Eiweiß mit dem rest
-
lichen Puderzucker sehr steif schlagen
und vorsichtig unter die Masse ziehen.
4. Die Masse bis maximal 1 cm unter
-
halb des Randes in die Förmchen fül
-
len.
5. Förmchen auf ein Universalblech
stellen. Dann das Blech in den Back
-
ofen geben und bis zur halben Höhe
der Förmchen mit heißem Wasser befül
-
len. Goldbraun garen.
Einstellung:
Betriebsart: Klimagaren d
Temperatur: 170–190 °C
Einschubebene: 2. v. unten
Backzeit: 20–30 Minuten
Dampfstöße: automatisch
