Ofennudeln mit Pflaumenmus
6 Portionen / pro Portion 2343 kJ / 560 kcal, E 12 g, F 17 g, KH 89 g
Zubereitungszeit: 110–120 Minuten
Zutaten:
500 g Mehl
1 Würfel Hefe (42 g)
50 g Zucker
250 ml lauwarme Milch
1 TL Zimt, gemahlen
1 Prise Salz
100 g weiche Butter
1Ei
120 g Pflaumenmus
Zum Bestreuen:
40 g Puderzucker
Für die Dampfstöße: ca. 150 ml Wasser
Zubereitung:
1. Mehl, zerbröckelte Hefe, Zucker,
Milch, Zimt, Salz, Butter und Ei zu ei-
nem glatten Teig verkneten. Zugedeckt
im Backofen 20–30 Minuten gehen las-
sen.
2. Aus dem Teig 12 Kugeln formen, die

se etwas auseinanderziehen, jeweils
mit 1 Esslöffel Pflaumenmus füllen, ver
-
schließen und in eine gefettete Auflauf
-
form (ca. 20 x 30 cm) setzen.
3. Ofennudeln nochmals 20 Minuten
gehen lassen, dann goldgelb backen.
Einstellung:
Betriebsart: Klimagaren d
Temperatur: 150–170 °C
Einschubebene: 2. v. unten
Backzeit: 40–50 Minuten
Dampfstöße: 2
Zeitpunkt der Dampfstöße:
nach 8 Minuten
nach weiteren 10 Minuten
Vor dem Servieren mit Puderzucker be-
streuen.
Tipps & mehr
Statt Pflaumenmus können Sie die
Ofennudeln auch mit zwei Zwetschgen-
Hälften füllen. Dann vor dem Zusam-
mendrehen der Kugel die Zwetschgen
mit etwas Zucker überstreuen. Ofennu

deln mit Puderzucker bestäuben und
nach Wunsch mit Vanillesauce servie

ren.
