Ovenknoedels met
pruimenmoes
Totale bereidingstijd: 110-120 minuten

Ingrediënten
500 g meel
1 blokje gist (42 g)
50 g suiker
250 ml melk, lauw
1 theelepel kaneel, gemalen
1 snufje zout
100 g boter, zacht
1ei
120 g pruimenmoes
Voor het bestrooien
40 g poedersuiker
Bereiding
Meng het meel, de verbrokkelde gist,
de suiker, de melk, het kaneel, het zout,
de boter en het ei. Kneed alles totdat er
een gladde deegmassa ontstaat. Laat
het deeg in de oven afgedekt 20-30 mi-
nuten rijzen (ovenfunctie "Boven-
Onderwarmte", temperatuur 35 °C).
Maak van het deeg 12 bollen en trek
deze iets open. Vul de bollen met tel
-
kens 1 eetlepel pruimenmoes. Sluit de
bollen en zet ze met de afgedichte kant
naar beneden in een ingevette oven
-
schaal (ca. 20 x 30 cm).
Laat de knoedels afgedekt in de oven
nog eens 20 minuten rijzen (ovenfunctie
"Boven-Onderwarmte", temperatuur
35 °C). Bak het geheel vervolgens
goudgeel.
Bestrooi de knoedels met poedersuiker
en serveer ze eventueel met
vanillesaus.

Tips & meer
In plaats van pruimenmoes kunt u ook
twee halve pruimen in de knoedels
doen. Bestrooi de pruimen dan voordat
