Cannelloni met champignons
Klaar te maken in 75-85 minuten

Ingrediënten
16 cannelloni
Ingrediënten voor de vulling

150 g gekookte ham
350 g champignons
2 eetlepels olie
75 g schapenkaas
100 g mozzarella
150 g kwark (plattekaas)
Zout
Peper
300 ml bouillon
100 g zure room
Om met een korstje te bedekken
100 g geraspte gouda
Bereiding
Snij de ui, de ham en de champignons
in kleine blokjes. Stoof de blokjes ui in
een pan met olie, doe de ham erbij en
stoof dat kort verder. Doe ten slotte de
champignons erbij en stoof dat totdat al
het vrijgekomen water verdampt is.
Snij de schapenkaas en mozzarella in
kleine blokjes. Meng deze goed met
het afgekoelde mengsel van ham en
champignons en de kwark. Breng dat
mengsel op smaak met zout en peper.
Vul de cannelloni met het mengsel en
leg deze in een ingevette vuurvaste
schaal (ca. 25 x 30 cm).
Meng de bouillon met de zure room en
giet de saus over de cannelloni. Be

strooi de ovenschotel met de kaas en
laat deze garen totdat deze goudbruin
is.
