1 pincée de sel
500 g de farine
1 1/2 sachet de levure en poudre
100 g de cerneaux de noix hachés

Préparation
Mélanger le fromage blanc, les œufs, le
sucre, le sucre vanillé et le sel. Incorpo-
rer peu à peu la farine mélangée à la
levure et aux noix hachées.
Pétrir ensuite la pâte avec les mains
jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit lisse et onc

Former 10 boules de même taille. Les

Sucre vanillé maison. Couper une
gousse de vanille dans le sens de la
longueur, couper chaque moitié en 4-5
morceaux et les conserver avec 500 g
de sucre pendant 3 jours dans un bo

cal hermétique. Pour obtenir un arôme
plus prononcé, on peut gratter la pulpe
de la vanille et l'ajouter au sucre.
