Pour saisir
1c.àc. d’huile d’olive

Plaque de cuisson, plaque de cuisson
multi-usages ou plat à tarte et grille
Préparation
Pour la garniture, couper l'oignon (ou
les oignons) et l'ail en petits dés. Faire
chauffer l'huile dans une poêle. Faire
revenir l'ail et les oignons jusqu'à ce
qu'ils soient translucides. Ajouter les to-
mates, le concentré de tomates, le
sucre, l'origan, la feuille de laurier et le
sel.
Porter la sauce à ébullition et la laisser
mijoter à feu doux pendant quelques
minutes.
Retirer la feuille de laurier. Saler et poi-
vrer. Couper la mozzarella en tranches.
