Petits pains aux céréales
Temps de préparation: 140minutes

Pour la pâte
10g de son de blé
25g de graines de chia
25g de graines de tournesol
½c.àc. de sel
240ml d'eau | tiède
150g de farine d'épeautre, type55
150g de farine de blé intégrale
1pincée de sucre
1c.àc. de sel
10g de levure, fraîche
½c.àc. de vinaigre
1c.àc. d'huile
Pour dorer
Eau
Pour enrober
1c.às. de graines de lin
1c.às. de sésame
1c.às. de graines de pavot

Plaque de cuisson ou plaque de cuis-
son multi-usages
Préparation
Mélanger le son de blé, les graines de
chia, de tournesol, le sel et l'eau, puis
laisser gonfler pendant au moins 90mi-
nutes.
Mélanger la farine, le sucre et le sel.
Émietter la levure par-dessus. Ajouter le
vinaigre, l'huile, les graines avec leur
eau et pétrir pendant 9 à 10minutes
pour obtenir une pâte souple.
Former une boule avec la pâte, la
mettre dans un récipient à découvert et
l'enfourner. Faire lever suivant les ré-
glages de la phase de levée1.
Mélanger les graines de lin, de sésame
et de pavot.
Façonner 8petits pains de 75g à partir
de la pâte. Badigeonner le dessus avec
un peu d'eau, enrober les petits pains
dans les graines puis les poser sur la
plaque.
Programme automatique:
Lancer le programme automatique et
enfourner les petits pains.
Réglages manuels:
Faire lever suivant les réglages de la
phase de levée2. Enfourner ensuite les
petits pains.
