Pain complet au froment

350g de farine de froment
150g de farine de seigle, type130
7g de levure sèche
2½c.àc. de sel
300ml d'eau| froide
1c.àc. de miel
50ml d'huile

Préparation
Mélanger la farine, le sel et la levure
sèche. Pétrir avec l'eau, le miel et l'huile
pendant 6à 7minutes jusqu'à obten-
tion d'une pâte lisse.
Former une boule avec la pâte, la
mettre dans un récipient à découvert et
l'enfourner. Faire lever suivant les ré-
glages de la phase de levée1.
Beurrer le moule. Pétrir légèrement la
pâte, former un rouleau de 23cm de
long et le mettre dans le moule. Qua-
driller la surface de plusieurs entailles
d'environ 1cmde profondeur, dans le
sens de la longueur puis en biais. Sau-
poudrer de farine.

Lancer le programme automatique et
enfourner le pain.

Faire lever suivant les réglages de la
phase de levée2. Enfourner le pain et
le faire cuire.
