Moule rectangulaire, 30cm de long

Préparation
Délayer la levure dans l’eau. Pétrir avec
la farine, le sel, le miel et le levain pen-
dant 3 à 4minutes jusqu'à obtenir une
pâte souple.
Ajouter les graines de lin, les graines de
tournesol et le sésame et pétrir encore
1 à 2minutes.
Mettre la pâte dans un récipient à dé-
couvert et l'enfourner. Faire lever sui-
vant les réglages de la phase de le-
vée1.
Beurrer le moule. Malaxer brièvement la
pâte à l'aide d'une maryse et la verser
dans le moule. Lisser la surface à l'aide
de la maryse mouillée, badigeonner
d'eau et parsemer du mélange de
graines.
Faire lever suivant les réglages de la
phase de levée2.
Démarrer le programme automatique
ou préchauffer le four.
Faire cuire le pain.
