Muffins aux noix
Temps de préparation: 95minutes

Ingrédients
80g de raisins secs
40ml de rhum
120g de beurre | pommade
120g de sucre
8g de sucre vanillé
2œufs, calibre M
140g de farine de blé, type45
1c.àc. de levure chimique
120g de cerneaux de noix | grossière-
ment hachés

Préparation
Faire macérer les raisins secs dans le
rhum pendant environ 30minutes.
Mélanger le beurre jusqu’à obtention
d’une consistance crémeuse. Ajouter le
sucre, puis le sucre vanillé et enfin les
œufs. Mélanger la levure et la farine et
incorporer au reste de la préparation.
Incorporer les noix. Pour finir, incorpo-
rer les raisins secs macérés.
Garnir la plaque à muffins de petits
moules en papier. Répartir uniformé-
ment la pâte dans les moules à l'aide
de 2cuillères à soupe.
Enfourner la plaque à muffins sur la
grille et faire cuire.
